These are truly good people and this is a truly honest business. We went over a year without AC and were using small window units and portable ones that only cooled individual rooms. Even then, the texas heat is still too much for even a household unit, never mind small, cheap window and portable ones. Roland and Berenice, the couple in charge of this business, heard our situation and helped us out by installing the AC for a discount at a flexible payment schedule. We were looking at 15000 dollars total for a new unit, a number we couldn’t afford even the slightest but. Thank you so much to Roland and Berenice for your help and support, we’re very grateful. Truly a blessed couple.
