When Ramon (Owner, operator) arrived, he assured me of his experience and ability to get the job done. Jokingly I said "well then I'll start the timer". In less than the time it took to pull out my phone - Ramon diagnosed the issue.

By no exaggeration, Ramon identified the issues that had been missed by EVERY technician before him. He produced video that was made available to me, documenting each issue affecting the system. The videos included his prognosis and comments as he physically identified the source of the issues.

In a timely manner, utilizing his website to schedule , calling, and texting with incredible diligence- Ramon and his team coordinated the effort for a new system to be installed. Rene and Ramon completed the install in one morning.

I'm writing this review today- as he's following up on the install with a courtesy check. The work Ramon does far exceeds what I expect of anyone in any industry.

Texas Tough Services was outstanding. All my issues were fixed at a great price. Ray and his crew were knowledgeable and hardworking. I had a small timeframe for the project to be done and they made it happen in time. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a honest company that will not up charge you.

The installation of this excellent water softener was superb. The individual was very experienced and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions quickly and kindly. He came back soon thereafter just to make sure that everything was checked out. We do business with them again and again.

They are a one-stop shop and my first call every time. I have used Texas Tough Home Services for many things. He is extremely knowledgeable in many trades. He is professional, friendly, and in my last issue very prompt. This week, my washer was flooding my kitchen. He arrived with tools, shop vac, and fans, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it immediately. Last summer, my AC went out, and yet again, he showed up with a window AC, fans. It was 10,000 degrees, and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our home. It was most appreciated. He fixed my exterior electrical panel that had almost every wire loose on the breakers. I'm the type that likes to know what was wrong and what the corrective actions were. He has all the tools to diagnose problems and the patients to explain to this layman.They won't disappoint. Make them your first call, too.

Texas Tough Home Services is amazing! When our thermostat went out, our property managers hired them and they came out same day even though it was getting late in the evening and they continued to go above and beyond throughout the week to make sure that our family was comfortable and cool as we were waiting on approvals from our owners! Definitely our best experience with any repair company we’ve ever used! We will continue using them when we buy our own house and recommend them to all of our friends!
