We had a nail that was protruding from the floor from when the home was built and rubbed a hole in the pipe causing a leak. We called Christianson Plumbing at about 9 am and Pablo and David found the problem fixed it and were on their way by 11:10! No that’s what I call terrific service! I recently had a leak repaired by technicians Isaiah and Carlos, and I was extremely impressed with their service. From the initial call to the completion of the job, the entire process was smooth and professional. They were able to schedule me quickly, arrived on time, and diagnosed the issue right away.

The repair itself was done efficiently, and I appreciated how thoroughly they explained what caused the leak and the steps they were taking to fix it. Every question I had was answered clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work.

Pablo & Mackey were our technicians. Pablo explained everything well & wasted no time in getting a new Rheem hot water tank up and running. Cleaned up after themselves and were super friendly. Would ask for them again!

Called Saturday evening about our water heater not working. I advised the apprentice that waiting until Sunday morning would be fine to come out. They called Sunday at 11 am and was told they wouldn't be able to come as it was under warranty and we have 2 water heaters. I explained again we only have 1 water heater. They never showed. Called the main office Monday morning and spoke with customer service and they couldn't explain the no-show. Set up another appointment for Monday afternoon. Customer service manager was supposed to let me know what caused the no-show, never heard anything. I happened to catch a neighbor who was having a repair done by another company and asked the technician if he could stop by and take a quick look. He made some adjustments to the pilot and now working again and didn't charge me anything. This repair was a new installation warranty request. Use Christianson Plumbing at your own risk. I can't recommend them.

Pablo and David did a fantastic job! They were both professional, timely, courteous, and kept us informed all along the way. They quickly replaced our hot water heater on New Year's Eve. We can now have a warm shower in time for 2026! Kudos to you Pablo and David! Thank you for your service.

Pablo and Davidson, from Christianson A/C and plumbing are pure professionals who know their craft. They were dispatched to install a missing water pressure valve at my residence and did an outstanding job. They took the time to explain their work and were ready to answer all my questions. Im not at all disappointed. When the job was done, they left the area spotless. I would recommend these two gentlemen from Christianson to anyone looking for qualified plumbers.

Pablo and David came out on Thanksgiving and after finding the leak that I’ve been stressed out about going through many channels and with someone else with this company before. Finally, the problem is resolved, and now onto the builders that built this so-called energy efficient! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 Palbo took the time to explain about the hot water tank. If you need to make it hotter but be careful then go down between A and B but I think 135. I told him it was cold in the shower and I’m just wanting to let you know I’m thankful they found the leak. Also Palbo explains very clearly. Thank you For hiring honorable dedicated men that actually know what they’re doing. Hopefully I don’t have any more issues but when I do, please send these two. 😊

We had a casualty of the winter storm this past Saturday. One of our drain pipes cracked and since I had been dripping the faucets water was leaking out of our walls all over the floor of the bathroom. I called Christianson Plumbing this morning. They sent two very capable young men out. They Had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour. That included cutting into the drywall to find The cracked pipe, staring them right back in the face… Right on target man! Johnny and Davidson worked like clockwork and they both were very friendly, respectful, and professional. After a full weekend of cycling fresh dry towels then drying them for their next go at H2O containment I was finally able to relax and resume retirement! We used Christianson Plumbing once before and the experience was similar so as they say…..why test fate, go with what you know! Hopefully, they’ll never be another time, but I can remain in retirement as long as we got Christianson on our side. Great Job Guys!!! And thanks again.

I love how quick and efficient it has been working with Christianson and plumbing. The staff are always courteous and professional, they normally get you scheduled within a reasonable time (same week). It is nice to work with people who do good work and are kind. Johnny has came out a couple times for my plumbing needs and he is always kind and knowledgeable. He always greets and puts on shoe covers without me having to ask. Johnny does a good job explaining what he is doing and provides custom recommendations that are tailored to my needs. I will most likely get a water softener installed with Johnny, it’s nice to have a company and people you can trust to get the job done. As a first time homeowner those things matter.

Pablo & David installed a water softener for us. We had originally purchased one from Lowe’s, but it would have been too small for the size of our D.R. Horton home. They were very prompt, polite, & professional. The water softener we purchased from Christianson comes with a 5 year guarantee. Pablo provided a detailed explanation on how to use it. He also left a number we could call for any further questions or assistance. We are very happy we chose to purchase and install the water softener through Christianson AC & Plumbing. They were the company D.R. Horton recommended us to call for our house warranty. It was more expensive than the Lowe’s water softener, but we feel better knowing we purchased a better quality product. Thank you Pablo & David for the great service!
