I just called today because the prior ac company I had contract with simply went out of business and never let me know or refund the maintenance contract I had already paid for. I called Veteran Air just this morning, explained my situation and the fact I needed spring service completed . Veteran Air came out the same day I called! The technician Isaac was prompt, kind and professional. I really appreciate the service and the kindness I was shown when calling you for help. Thank you so much . After the service received today I will continue with your company going forward . You restored my confidence that there are still good people with integrity who take care of their customers.

Jonathan and Eric were here for 3 days working hard in the heat to get our whole new HAVC installed. They were so polite and accommodating to our pups. 10/10 recommend this company for all your HAVC needs.

We lost our air on Sunday night! (5/18/25). Called Veteran Air and they were here Monday (5/19/25) in the afternoon. Quick service, on time and Andrew was great! We loved their service & reliability so much that we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan! Highly recommend!

Isaac showed up right on time. Checked my unit and took care of what needed to be done. He explained services to be considered and answered questions. Professional and friendly. Such a pleasure to work with.
Thank you! -
Very dissatisfied For your company to utilize the name, Veteran that should mean something, but yet the customer which is a Veteran runs into all of this resistance from the first person that I spoke to Lisa Shall I say it was not a good customer Service day for Lisa The manager and I quote Lisa said the buck ends with me. Lisa commented to me that she did not like my tone or the way that I was talking to her, so let’s talk about that comment to me. That’s when you profile your customer and with profiling you can go a whole lot of ways. None that is going to be beneficial to the conversation for the employee and shows lack of respect for the customer. I did finally speak to Lisa’s supervisor, but I will tell you very poor customer service on Lisa’s part and she is one that I do not want calling my phone number ever again. I did let her boss know that my husband is a veteran so is my dad my dad also served in Vietnam. and I say this because I’ve experienced it Lisa should remember she’s at work and she’s there to perform a duty and get good customer service at all times if she feels that that customer is too much for her to handle she needs to reach out to another coworker or her boss, I can no more change the way I talk that would almost be like peeling off my skin. I am who I am and I stand and I say that proudly today Veteran Air did not score any points with me as a customer and I would also like to remind all of you we are all customers when you leave work and when we address each other be employee or customer, customer employee should always be with respect and listen to what the individual has to say before you deem them hostile or perhaps it’s your thought process that’s hostile against that individual who knows .

Isidro was our technician, very polite and professional. Took the time to explain our issue and that it was a very simple fix. No games, just great service. Also got next day service instead of being rescheduled multiple times like with the last company we chose. Keep up the great work Veteran Air!

Jonathan and Ethan were awesome
They showed up on time and were courteous and would explain the process and answered all of my questions
I would highly recommend the team and Andrew who came to the house initially and made us comfortable to go ahead and replace our whole HVAC system -
Veteran Air has been nothing short of amazing to work with. We have used them for about a year helping us with a faulty/poorly installed AC unit from a new build home. Our tech has always been Andrew and he is great. Very friendly, honest and kind. I trust their work. Another plus is their accountability and timeliness of their work. We can normally can have a tech out to our home within a day of any issues and they give 30 minute arrival windows which are great compared to the multiple hours by other companies! I always recommend them to anyone needing help with their heating or cooling systems!

Great experience working with veteran Air. Answered my phone call and had a tech out that day. Very knowledgeable about air conditioners and explained our system to us in a way I could understand. I highly recommend Veteran Air for any air conditioning or heating problems.

From the first call everything was explained and detailed by very professional people. I will be referring Veteran Air to friends and family. Job well done gentlemen and ladies working for this company. Chad, Kevin and his coworker Ethan were all very great in customer service. We are very pleased with our service. Thank you all again.

I wish there was 6 stars because that what the technician earned!! Way back when, they serviced my a.c. and the drain pan was cracked which caused a water leak. Veteran Air did everything to replace or fabricate another drain pan. Manufacturers suck because they make the pans out of a material that cannot be fabricated. They did not even have a replacement pan as they were on back order and it was over a year and still no replacement pan. I had to drain the water from a bowl for awhile myself. Finally, Veteran's Air decided that since nothing could be fabricated and the manufacturer did not offer a replacement. They decided to replace my entire air handler and I was not charged. Veteran Air sent their best man, Ryan Elwell to replace my system including a new drain pan. Mr. Elwell did an excellent job, super professional. He did all of this by himself in record time. My system runs great with no issues. Veteran Air went out of their way to make it right. I am a retired veteran and they kept their word. They put customer fjrst!! I appreciate them very much and I will recommend them to anyone!! Lisa in the main office was also very professional and always courteous! Thank you Veteran Air!!

The Tech was very very knowledgeable and explaining what it was wrong with the system to where we could understand found a problem and see if he can find the board that needs to be replaced. Thank you.

Nice technicians very informative although I think that the pricing is a little bit high for how long they’re here for. Let’s see if the next service call that we have to make can get their rating up to a five star. I think they can do it. What are you guys think?

Have used this company several times and found them to be extremely responsive. Each time they have come out and done and fantastic job and have even returned to deal with small follow up issues with no charge. I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent service. Always professional and explains all issues during visit. Everyone a call they try to assist quickly. We utilize their maintenance plan for two units and recommend using them for any HVAC issues.

I used veterans air last year for the first time, the owner came out and I had an amazing experience with him. unfortunately, I needed their service again last week. I understand he has passed away, and I don’t think it’s the same company anymore. I understand it’s now run by his wife. I don’t know if it is her management or just a rotten apple on the service truck but Matthew TEJEDA and his partner came out in their service truck to diagnose my AC that wasn’t getting any power to the thermostat. Before the power was lost, the AC was blowing cold. So cold. Like you could hang meat cold. I suspected it was the circuit board but couldn’t confirm It as I’m not an HVAC or electrician. They came out for $76 which I thought was reasonable but upon seeing a 2006 air handler, they almost started foaming at the mouth emphatically telling me how bad I needed to replace the unit. The story Matthew gave about the new type of Freon that’s coming out on January 1 of 2025 Was comical as he tried to beat me into replacing a perfectly good system. Well, I’m not an HVAC professional Or an Electrician but I am technical enough. I expressed to him that I was certain it wasn’t anything to do with the compressor, the enclosed Freon system, the blower motor, or anything else given the symptoms of no power to the thermostat. I asked him if he could confirm if the board was good and that if it wasn’t the board, it was the switch that cuts power to the board when the door on the air handler was removed. With a couple of probes from his electric meter he confirmed it was the board and said they had to go and source the part and they would send me a quote and get back as fast as they could to repair it. About 20 minutes later, I got the quote in my inbox for $928 which I thought was absurd for an old circuit board and 15 minutes worth of labor. So I crawled up in the attic myself, got the model number And with a quick Google search was able to find An extremely common OEM part at multiple sources for $70-$109.. I ordered one that was so available. It was delivered the next day and I was able to install it myself in 15 minutes. $79 and 15 minutes later, I saved myself over $900.

Andrew Duquette was not only very professional and knowledgeable about his craft; he provided excellent custoner service. His recommendations were reasonable and he showed genuine concern for me and my system. I appreciate great customer service! Great job, Andrew!!
