Andrew D. is very good at his job! During his visit, he quickly found the issues within my HVAC system and taught me a number of things, both current and historical. He was clear when laying out options for repair, replacement and payment options. He was personable, professional, and insightful. He's a great representative for Veteran Air... a company that I'm glad to recommend!

Our A/C broke down summer of 2024. We were using oscillating and ceiling fans to keep cool, but it impossible. Veteran Air arrived and explained the different sizes of a/c units and what kind is needed for a home our size. They were very knowledgeable and were not trying to upsell us on anything. After we signed, our salesperson was able to start work asap since he knew our situation and we have kids in the house. Veteran air arrived the next day and installed and replaced our outside unit and inside. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are enrolled in their service program and have been for years. I give them my highest endorsement as an honest, efficient, timely company. Their prices are fair especially in our rapidly-rising prices in all goods and services. They rock.

The service was awesome. They performed an official inspection as we are preparing to sell the house. They gave us an awesome veteran discount which was more then we expected. They also performed a minor repair for free. They showed up in a timely manner & were very professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

Isaac came to do preventative maintenance on our HVAC system. He was very thorough and did an awesome job. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and to tell us why. He was very polite and very pleasant to deal while performing his work. Thank you Isaac for a wonderful job

This is the second visit from Veteran Air and Andrew to our home. Once again, Andrew did a fast professional and amazing job. He explained everything as the process went along, in and out and no issues. Great communicator from a wonderful company. I called Veterans Air this morning because our heat wasn't working. A tech came to our house the same day and we realized the wiring was incorrect on the thermostat. They were incredibly nice and helpful from the moment they answered the phone to completing the job. I would definitely recommend them!

Andrew was great! He knows his stuff, explained what he was doing, happily answered all our questions (many, many questions), and he's very likeable. Lisa is fantastic as well. I did sign up for the maintenance plan before Andrew came out, in part because Lisa left such a good first impression, and because they have good Yelp reviews. I'm so glad I chose Veteran Air.

My technician was professional and polite. He provided excellent recommendations to move my project forward by provided steps to accomplish my goal. He also provided insight maintenance plans and replacement of current unit.

Veteran Air has provided my twice-yearly HVAC maintenance for the past few years. They always do a great job, are kind and pleasant to have in my home (important to me), and explain everything clearly. They also flush my system annually as part of the service with no additional charge, something that very few companies do. They are a great company that I highly recommend to everyone needing HVAC help.

I am the type of person who usually prefers to fix things myself, but I don't know HVAC well so I had to use Veteran Air twice for separate issues. Both Kevin and Isaac arrived when they said they would and were honest technicians. You can tell, because they both started with the smallest things first and worked their way through the components until they found the issue. They didn't just assume, they were actually troubleshooting first. Thanks for taking the time to figure it out, instead of just saying you need a new system.
