JRV Home Services is an excellent and very professional company. I had a great imbalance of temperatures between different rooms in my house, and I was almost ready to buy a second AC. They came, investigated the problem, found a solution, reconnected/replaced the ventilation tubes on the roof, and completely fixed the issue. Thank you very much!!!

My AC wouldn’t get colder than 73 degrees, Noel Robles called me and walked me through a few steps to see if it was user error. He called me an hour later to discover that it still wasn’t functioning correctly. He came out and replaced a few incorrect parts from original install. True professional and great service.

I had my a/c inside go out during the night last night. I’m on a fixed income and they sent someone out within just a couple of hours!! John was very polite and explained everything to me and had it working in 5 minutes!!! I HIGHLY Recommend this company. Very knowledgeable and affordable.

Once they were called for our AC unit, they responded quickly and were able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was late on a Saturday and they weren't able to get a part until Monday but they called me first thing Monday morning with the part ready! The technicians, Noel and Jose got to work a few hours later and got it back up in running! JRV communicated well and worked as quickly as they could and we appreciate it! Thanks Jose and Noel!

Adrian was so good! He was Professional, took time to explain the issue, actually identify a couple other problems that were not in original call. Took care of topping off low refrigerant and had some help from Chris at the end and all of this on a Sunday. I am very satisfied and recommend this service.

Had an issue with hvac system and JRV sent Noel, what can I say, he was great, took his time to answer all my questions and never did rush me, he did fix the problem and I will be requesting him if any problems arise in the future.

I had JRV"s technician, (Jared) in for what should have been a fairly routine issue of a duct leak. However it turned out to be way more of a problem when he noticed a plenum board in a super tight space was the cause of the problem. He did a great job in tracking down the issue after several attempts from duct leak and bleeding the system he stuck with it to discover the real issue. I could tell it was pretty difficult for him to find and fix the problem because of its location. Bottom line, problem solve by a really dedicated guy. JRV Services is a top notch company because of its dedicated workforce and management professionals.

Don't park here if your going to vibes event center. Tow truck driver drug this front wheel drive vehicle out of spot and it made a horrible noise. Probably messed up transmission, they grabbed it from front after dragging it out, they knew better. They will tow you, use event parking or public parking under bridge.

Noel came to fix our heater, right before the cold front. He was professional and thorough. 10/10 recommend.

A/C stopped cooling one early morning about a month ago. Called a buddy of mine who recommended JRV Home Services. Technician showed up later that afternoon. Gave me a few ideas of what it could be, however, he needed to diagnose the problem. He walked me through the different diagnostics, because I ask a lot of questions. Very professional young man. Resilient in trying to find the problem, took a few hours, late into the evening. He would not leave until he found the issue, tested it and got us cooling by end of evening. I appreciated his professionalism, explanation on troubleshooting different issues and more importantly getting us cool at a reasonable price.

Luke M. did a great job helping me with my HVAC technical issues. He came as soon as possible to my home and explained all the issues going on with the system. Excellent work!
