Andrew was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. This was his second time out after he changed out a blower motor a couple of months ago. He answers all our questions and doesn’t try to push us on anything we don’t want. We are very pleased with his work. Super nice guy. We are really happy with Veteran Air.

I honestly wish I had found this company sooner. I had been experiencing a strange noise coming from my AC unit intermittently for about three years. I previously contacted other highly rated companies, but each time I was told there was nothing wrong.
When Andrew came out, he took about 15 minutes to identify the issue. He clearly explained what was causing the problem and was even able to reproduce the noise to show me exactly what was wrong. His knowledge, transparency, and efficiency were truly impressive. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend this company.

I moved into a fixer-upper with some serious challenges, including multiple old window units that didn’t work and were practically welded into place. They were caulked, screwed in, and impossible to remove on my own. I called around to see if anyone could help. After striking out with other companies, and late on a Friday afternoon, I reached out to Veteran Air.

Lisa answered the phone and immediately understood the situation. She went out of her way to contact the service manager right then and there. Within minutes, she called me back with great news: the team could help. We scheduled the work for the following Monday since it wasn’t an emergency.

Well, it’s Monday now, and Matthew from Veteran Air just wrapped up the job, and wow, I’m impressed.

He was fantastic. My dogs loved him (always a good sign), but more importantly, he approached the job with real care and precision. Removing that huge, sealed-in window unit was no small task, but he managed it without damaging the window or the surrounding structure. Watching everything he had to do just confirmed how impossible it would've been for me to do this alone.

And even more surprising: they charged me an incredibly reasonable amount for all that effort. Way more than fair.

Because of this experience, when I’m ready for a central AC install in a few months, Veteran Air will be my first call. No question.

If they showed this much care for a small, one-off job, I could only imagine the level of dedication they’ll bring to a full system install. Can’t recommend them enough. 10/10.

It was great having Andrew out to check on our furnace today. I appreciated them fitting me in with relatively short notice. He was punctual, professional, and personable. Feels good knowing everything is working like it should. Got a great military discount too 🫡. I will be using Veteran Air for all my AC and heating needs!

Best service ever received. Everything from calling to schedule maintenance all the way through project completion was smooth and effortless on my behalf! Highly recommend for your A/C needs. Customer support staff clearly and efficiently communicated during scheduling. Technician arrived earlier than anticipated and showed me the reading/results on the testing equipment.

I’m a Veteran. Called Veteran Air to check & conduct a maintenance check on my HVAC system. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable. He identified parts that needed replacing, quoted an affordable price for replacement (with Veteran Discount), had the parts on hand & completed the work within the hour. Best of all, he gave me a complete invoice of his findings, work conducted, & recommended improvements for the issues I asked him to address (like dust) before leaving my house. I’m glad we contacted Veteran Air of San Antonio.
