Noel came out to check our heating. He was super polite and quickly figured out what the problem was. Fortunately, it was just user error in setting the thermostat. It was rainy outside so he made sure to put shoe covers on over his shoes and even took the time to explain how to set that particular thermostat and why.👍

Luke was amazing! He was so helpful and informative and took his time to make sure we felt comfortable and understood everything. Can’t say enough about his service.

Luke came out and had our heater working within minutes! The last company that worked on it never programmed the motherboard. Luke diagnosed the unit and determined the problem immediately! We will definitely be using JRV Services in the future!

Luke was awesome and explained so many things to me about our system that I don’t know. Very thankful for his dedication to outstanding customer service and professionalism. Luke did an excellent job. He replaced the motor, added Freon, and installed a new capacitor, and took the time to explain everything he was doing to both my mother and me. He also provided helpful maintenance suggestions. Very patient, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend.

John Scogin came to our rescue this morning to help figure out why our master bedroom and our upstairs rooms were not getting enough air flow to cool the rooms.
