We were amazed by the young men who came today to maintain our HVAC and discovered a small gas leak then followed up later with repair. Both young men were highly professional, competent and polite. We now can rest assured our heat is in top notch order. ..thank you Shane and Dalvin and Beluga!

Delwin was on time, courteous, and serviced our brand new heating unit today. He shared tips about thermostat settings and fan function. We will see how the UV lights for mold and bacteria protection hold up. Recommend him highly!

Had Matt out to do a blower wheel and housing clean out. He ended up not charging me at all because those parts clearly need to be replaced. He also gave me a quote on a mini split install, let me know about financing. Overall super knowledgeable, super personable, and yet another fantastic experience with Beluga Air.

WARNING: Do not trust this company - they trap customers to manipulate and overcharge. I was a loyal customer since 2021 until they pressured me into paying my annual membership upfront this fall (previously paid monthly). When I discovered their deceptive practices and tried to cancel, they refused any refund. This is how they operate: lock you in financially so you can't leave while they control pricing and force continued, unnecessary spending.

The pattern I experienced: paid for repairs with verbal promise of credit toward full system replacement, they refused to honor it. Tech declared my system "dead" while I was traveling internationally, pressured a sale, then suddenly "fixed" it by resetting a breaker when I refused. Two weeks later their project manager texted admitting "we never did anything to get your [system] running" - written proof they didn't complete the work. Another tech came for a heater tune-up a month later, asked if my AC still worked and seemed disappointed it did. Tried to upsell me on a membership upgrade for a "free capacitor" while claiming I needed a full system replacement. My AC died the very next day. They quoted 25-70% higher than other licensed contractors for inferior equipment. When another company came to evaluate my system, they found parts had been disconnected and documented it with photos.

If you're already a customer, document everything in writing and get out before you're trapped deeper. If you're considering them, choose any other San Antonio HVAC company. I filed chargeback with my credit card company, TDLR and BBB complaints, and am replacing my system elsewhere - saving thousands for better equipment and honest service.

My technician Dalvin was the best part of my hectic day. He came over and did a great job on my unit. I initially called to have a filter changed but to my surprise I had a lot of things going on with my unit. He took the time to explain to me and my daughter what we needed. I’m surprised he stayed late and for us and got us . 5 o’clock is not quiting time for Beluga Air, they stay until the job is done👍👍👍!! I even asked Dalvin was he coming back another day he said No if you want it done I will do it all today. Glad I called them by mistake because now I am a customer forever!!! They even helped me with the financing 😊😊

Every technician Beluga Air LLC has sent to my home has provided excellent customer service and communication, and Shane Elliott—who serviced my system today—was no exception. I never feel confused or taken advantage of when it comes to pricing, and their technicians are always friendly and honest. I highly recommend this company, and that’s not something I say about most companies. Thank you Shane for your hard work today.

The Service tech Rudy showed up exactly on time. He went to work right the way. He was very kind and helpful. He explained everything in details and took pictures and show them to us. His professionalism is so impressive. I will definitely recommend the company to my friends. Great customer service!! They will not disappoint you!

Beluga air answered my call immediately upon reaching out and were able to schedule a same day appointment. Within hours a tech, Mathew, was at our home. Worked quickly and diligently and was able to provide a general quickly. Very professional, would recommend to anyone.

Davin was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly communicated what was to be done as well as issues that needed immediate attention. He explained well the recommended solutions. He took the time out to listen and answer questions i had. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. I would like to request for him to service our unit if and when we need one in the future.

Generally, I like the company and the speed they respond to our calls. However, last couple times, I got an impression, that I am expected to clean up after technicians as well. The rust and the dirt left on a garage floor after maintenance, empty boxes, attic latter is not secure. These are just a few things.

Dalvin had great communication when coming and was during the time signed up for. He arrived and was pleasant to work with. Kind and stated what he was doing before he did it. Had some news to share with us and did it in a professional way by stating AND SHOWING us the facts. Took pictures and video of each thing he found. Had suggestions. We asked him if it was his family, what would he do? He seemed genuine in his response and stated his family had done what we needed to have completed. He had the part on hand and was able to complete same day within a half hour.
Can we have him out again for our next maintenance service call!? Ha!

Oscar introduced himself upon arrival and informed us what he was going to do. After he completed the upstairs check he discussed what his findings were and that everything looked good. He was very friendly and we were very happy with his service.

Dalvin and Adriana did a great with our preventative maintenance check-up on our HVAC systems. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and courteous. They found one issue that they addressed and corrected. They reviewed their findings with us before they left and said they would be forwarding a copy of their report with pictures. Beluga Air is my jam. My buddy and AC expert extraordinaire Shane always does an amazing job. I have had full installs, service, and blow in insulation. They are so trustworthy, never over sell, and have a genuine customer first attitude. Highly recommended!

I called Beluga Air to get a second opinion and quote. Luckily they were able to come out within an hour the same day I called. I cannot believe the difference in the amount from the other HVAC company I was going to go with. Jonathan Osorio was very professional and courteous. He was great at explaining the problem with my unit and even showed me pictures and videos of what the problem was. The repair will get done once they are able to get the part due to it being after 6:30 pm. I'm so glad I gave them a call. Now to deal with getting a refund from the other company that charged me before the work is even done.

Had them come out and service my AC before the summer. Price was great and the service was even better. They gave me a complete picture of what was wrong, what could go wrong, and gave me options to fix it. No pressure at all - just easy as can be.
