HVAC reviews in San Antonio, Texas

Noel and Jared from JRV Home Services did an outstanding job! They arrived right on time and clearly explained the work they’d be doing before getting started. They worked diligently and without any interruptions, all while keeping the area incredibly neat. I really appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process so I always knew what was happening.
They completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail, and when they were done, the work area was actually cleaner than when they arrived. Professional, respectful, and highly skilled — I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Noel, Jared, and JRV Home Services! -

-

-
Great guys at the counter, customer service is excellent, always take care of us
-
Very polite employees. They took care of all my needs in a timely manner.

It was disappointing to have such a negative experience just from a phone call. The quote over the phone also was so high that I bought what I needed somewhere else and did the repair myself.
-
This staff is the most unrespectful, careless group of people behind the desk, I don't doubt their ability to perform other jobs, but definitely NOT for customer service, from clerks to "supervisor", if you can try another company and save yourself the headache.
-
Perfect customer service
-
Collins and his team very professional and proficient( something you don’t experience during Covid )
Not to mention great pricing for quality equipment and materials -
Giving it a 5 star rating because they sell to the public and most of the parts you may need for a/c can be replaced by a home owner that has some skills. Other parts or freon you will need a a/c certificate in order to buy it.they have pretty much everything you need for a home a/c

Checked in and was given a dock door and was in and out within 15 minutes. There are only a few companies like this and I appreciate how they're considerate of our clock.

Don't shop here, customer service is non-existent. I was sold a faulty unit and they were not able to help me....oh and it's 105 deg outside. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

They charge 2x for homeowners. They will also try to sell you parts that dont match your system while not offering refunds... sound predatory a bit? Do your self a favor and go to Grainger and save $ and time. For context, a condensor fan from them was $237 and at Grainger was $73.
