After talking with several air conditioning companies we decided on a Carrier Infinity system from Beluga Air. It was a difficult decision because every company seemed professional and they all had quality products comparable to Carrier. But in the end we chose Beluga Air because they seemed to understand our existing system best and offered what was to us a better solution going forward.

The installers, Guillermo and Joe, worked 13.5 hours with only a lunch break to get our new system up and running in a day. Our house has only a tiny attic space which meant they had to work from the A/C closet itself and replace the air box above their heads and reattach the air ducts. Not fun I’m sure! The installation itself is neat and professional, they didn’t cut corners even as they wrapped up at 11:00 pm. We couldn’t be happier with how quiet and efficient the new system is working! Thanks to everyone at Beluga Air for a great experience!

Another excellent service call. Tech Dalvin was amazing and very professional. I signed up for another year of service plus had a smart beluga smart thermostat installed. Dalvin went over use and suggestions for issues discovered. He wasn't pushy and just made suggestions. We also discussed installation of an air scrubber to help with sinus issues i experience. Great service as always.

Raul Garcia was very helpful and informative about HVAC systems Beluga Air provided. He was very thorough in explaining all phases of the work to be done. He answered all our questions. He explained the process and maid recommendations that we liked.

Excellent experience. I’ve called four different companies for a quote on a central A/C unit install and Raul was the only technician that went up into the attic to check the supply plenum. It turns out that the supply plenum is to short. I did a little research of my own and yes; for a five ton unit the supply plenum should be between 38” to 48” to allow the air to stabilize before entering the ducts; ours was only 30”. It was installed like that by the builder. They installed the Blower unit underneath a stud which prevented the contractor from installing the proper size plenum.

Dalvin diagnosed the issue with our AC unit quickly and was able to fix the problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable , courteous , friendly and explained the whole process in detail , with pictures to show each individual step he took to solve the problem.

Oscar did a great job with the maintenance of my HVAC system. He explained that I needed a few extra things done in order to keep my system lasting for a longer period of time. He also explained pricing. Overall great experience and great customer service.

Raul was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely informative. Completed an entire diagnostic and was able to get us up and running on the spot all for an affordable service fee. He understood that we are not in a position for a full replacement and was able to offer a few estimates to keep us functioning while we budget. I will definitely be calling Raul back out when ready. We scheduled our service and the tech came. Was timely and very polite as well as courteous. Now our thermostat is out and not operational. I called and scheduled an appointment and Matthew was prompt (actually early). Did a temporary fix and we are waiting for the next steps. Hard to find companies who make it right. It’s always a good experience when dealing with Beluga Air. They’ve been my main HVAC provider for years now. Recently, I bought a new air handler and the install was simply beautiful. They also moved my thermostat upstairs.

The supervisor Octabio was on time, very nice, went right to work. And did his inspection on the install of my HVAC system. He found a few things I didn't know that needed to be done. He noted everything so he could send out some Technicians to do repairs. All seemed minor but he told me it was needed. The only problem I had was the vent in the kitchen was not blowing as much as the rest of the house. He also noted that too. This man looked everything over from front to back to make sure it was all done the way it should be. He was also a good guy to talk too. He can answer questions and I also have a bunch. But everything worked so well I was happy with my family at Beluga Air. They have treated me like gold and did more than I believe any other company would have done. I contacted Beluga Air because my air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. I spoke with Carla, who provided excellent customer service and quickly scheduled a technician to come out within a few hours. Matthew arrived on time, did a full assessment, and explained that my unit needed to be replaced, it just wasn’t cost-effective to repair.
