I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was with this company. We’ve used them many times and they always deliver on value and service. They don’t try to sell you anything. They do what is best for your home and they are friendly and trustworthy. This time we had Mario out for our AC and he did such a great job and kept our stress down and gave us a good price and really helped us. We will always use this company. If you’re looking for an honest company with integrity, this is the one.

Anthony did an excellent customer service job . He explained in detail and showed me on his phone all the input/output data readings on his phone . Answered every single question I threw at him . I am really very very pleased with Anthony . I asked for a quote on a new unit and before he left , he sent me an email of the cost of the unit . He was here and we went over all the items included in the quote . Excellent service Anthony !

I first started using Evenflow when my doorbell stopped working. Setting up an appointment and service call are super easy and convenient. Since that initial appointment, I have used Evenflow for another electrical concern and a plumbing issue with my toilet that came up. The technicians that have worked on my house have been super friendly and professional.

Company was great. Technician Austin Moore was very professional and explained everything he would be doing. He installed an outdoor ceiling fan and was diligent and showed me how to operate the fan once installed. I highly recommend this company.

Mr Gutierrez did an amazing Job. I know everyone expect to go home at end of the day, but Mr Gutierrez stayed till the job was done. During these hot days in San Antonio, Evenflow was able to fit us into their schedule.

Very pleased with this company! Was referred to by CPS for my free High Performance AC tuneup. There were several issues that were discovered during the visit which I expected given the age of the AC unit. My service technician, Fritz Gutierrez took the time to point out the issues and even showed me pictures and videos and then discussed my options. Once I decided what I wanted to do, he promptly fixed the issues. Thank you Fritz!! Customer service is outstanding! Will definitely be using this company in the future for my HVAC & Plumbing needs.

After a couple of bad experiences, it’s nice to see that there is still an honest company out there that actually cares about customer service. Brandon and Ryan quickly put my mind at ease and made sure that every question/concern I had was addressed immediately.
Anthony came out to do the initial diagnosis. He answered every question that I had and even showed me pictures of the problem areas. Very professional. He even called me a day after the work was completed to ensure everything was working properly.

Jeff was very professional and courteous. He provided information on the problem, in layman terms and the options for resolution. He was on time and expedient in completing the repairs once we decided on how to proceed. My parent's home needed some major upgrades. We started with a new outside panel, replacement of all indoor outlets, and a security light for the carport. George was very helpful and patient with my many questions. The communication was very good. He not only communicated with me but with my brother out of state to make sure all our questions and/or concerns were answered. Our Ac went out completely and Evenflow was recommended to us. From customer service, installing our new unit, to maintenance, this company is worth it. Everyone I have met are friendly, pleasant, and professional. We would highly recommend them. Oh they also do plumbing and electrical. If I have any of those issues they will be the first I contact.

My downstairs heating was not working when we woke up the day after roof was replaced. After reaching out to 2 different places & the quickest response was 2 days later w freeze approaching, I reached out to my roofers. They were able to get me a tech- Fritz to come in a few hours which was amazing! I was in & out of meetings at work but the tech was very thorough and soon found where the problem was. He took pictures of all the issues and sent them to me thru text and email at the end but had shown me the pics prior to recommendation. He informed me that one of the foil conduits came loose & will need to be clamped down. Moreover, he informed me that one of the AC unit plug prone was badly corroded and the electrical outlet had signs of burn which can cause fire. He recommended replacement and the cost would be $422. Then he told me that when his company installs AC/heating unit they automatically add an overflow switch to prevent flooding & see if I was interested. He gave me 2 options, adding the double protection the total would be about $1220 & the single protection total would be $822. I asked for a break down of parts & labor but he was not able to do so. I thought the price was quite high even for switching out the electric outlet and the cord but I needed to have heat even tho I am very capable of switching out the outlet & had done it in the past, I simply didn't have time. I am sure I can look up on YouTube DIY and learn how to switch out AC power cord easily but my mine was not set there as I was in & out of meetings so I agree to the $822 option as I had experienced the overflow water basin b4 & my AC maintenance guy had recommended the overflow protection but I didn't accept it. I appreciated the speediness of the response and Fritz able to identify additional problems to fix them. Howerver I probably could have waited to do a DIY on the overflow protection as I felt the price was way too high and techs should be able to give an itemization of parts & labor like the car mechanics do so I should have at least waited.

They are horrible at notifying u for service via email scheduled appts. Part took 2 weeks then scheduled appt never showed and they confirm via email. Supposedly fixed the issue but wasn't getting cold called back OWNER wanted to charge me service call excuse me ur technician bragging about experience hmmm but the gentleman that came to fix second time was super nice. I definitely would not get this company bragging rights but be more accountable for work and communications not via email it's 20th century everyone texts

We called even flow a little while back because one of the units at our church was not working. They discovered that one of the compressors was not functioning. They ordered a replacement and the place they ordered it from sent the wrong one and within a week they had that compressor changed out And installed it today. The employee kept me informed and updated and did a great job! I appreciate their professionalism and their communication skills. I recommend them highly.

Had a great experience with Evenflow. They helped to address electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues in order to get my mom’s house sold. It was a huge relief to have one company take care of everything in a very organized and coordinated manner. All the technicians were professional, honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend !

My 1st call for any electrical, HVAC or plumbing issues. We are remodeling a house from 1990. I am able to work on the full update in stages to reduce cost. The team is always flexible, courteous, detail oriented and takes the time to walk you through what they are doing and answer any questions.

Very impressed with Evenflow. My home generator was cycling on and off with no power outage. Within 2 hours George sent Jeff to check out the system. Turns out a faulty fuse was at fault - an item typically not under warrantee. They replaced it at no cost. Tare to find such service these days!

I’ve had some electrical and HVAC work done by Evenflow recently and we ran into some challenges during the process. However, working with Austin and Mario, I see their commitment in genuinely wanting to help with providing exceptional service. Even the owner of the company (George) came to help with the installation of a new fan that he personally had experience in installing before. This was well after 5pm but he wanted to ensure I was a satisfied client and I’m very much appreciative of that. I would recommend considering Evenflow for your home system needs.

I had been left waiting for weeks from two previous Electrical companies only to be informed those company's do not do Commercial anymore-Which is fine but good to know ahead of time and maybe a good time to update the webpage. 2021: Evenflow is the best plumbing/electrical/A-C company I have ever worked with. They are very professional, on time, knowledgeable about all areas and willing to do what it takes to get a job done right, and as a home owner, that is very important to me. I am working with them currently on getting a whole house generator and know I am being well taken care of.
