Came to my house last Thursday to evaluate. They said they'd get back to me with a quote. Here we are a week later and still no quote.

They said they would provide me a service. They stopped communicating with me and ghosted me. I tried to follow up twice. No response. It’s really bizarre bc they seemed to want to help initially. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Bad technicians, they come to walk around and say they fix something but it only lasts for a few days, then the AC goes bad again and charge you for a service call, they only want to make money they do not want to fix your AC.

This review is based on a quote we received for HVAC installation a few weeks back. I understand it’s a business and people need to make money. However, charging someone 20K for labor is a bit much.
The whole HVAC system (top brands) is a bit under 15K. We never informed them of our engineering background of said HVAC systems. I do not underestimate experience and quality of work but that’s a bit much.

As a single mom, I'm always nervous about being taken advantage of especially since I don't have much knowledge about A/Cs. But the tech was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions and had my unit up and running in no time. I didn't feel intimidated or feel overcharged. I will definitely be using them again if my unit ever goes out again.

For Labor Day 2019 my wife and I went to go see family. When we got back to our house today it was 83 degrees inside. I don't know anything about air conditioners so we called Cool Planet. The technician arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes (it was a messed up capacitor), changed the capacitor, replaced a blown a/c fuse, repaired insulation on the attic a/c unit, checked for any other issues, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Excellent customer service and I will be calling this company again if any more problems arise.

George and was prompt, professional and honest. He came out and fixed my 16 Seer HP on the first visit we had no heat and he had all the parts needed stocked on his truck and had my system up and running in no time! Definitely will be using them again and referring them to family and friends.
