Friendly service, great communication and reasonable price. I was able to text the tech at all hours day and night and he always responded. He put me and my family first to make sure we were comfortable. I have a forever heating and ac guy! 😊

TekAir was the only responsive company I could find on a Sunday morning when my system wasn’t cooling. They had a tech there within an hour or two, diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and fixed it that morning for a reasonable price. These guys are knowledgeable and hungry for a chance to help homeowners with their HVAC needs. Give them a shot if you ever have an issue and need a responsive professional to get the job done.

Had a great interaction with the team at Tek air. Very kind very professional very compassionate to my situation . Provided detailed information on how to move forward with my situation and also offered to assist every step of the way . Extremely happy with recommendation for moving forward with project. I had posted on Nextdoor about an elderly friend that had heart problems and his AC went out and had no money to get his AC running . With my friend having major heart issues Ryan from Tek Air Inc immediately offered to send his guy Mario out to service it for free .

Mario fixed the elderly man’s AC at NO CHARGE !!! God Bless Ryan , Mario & Air Tek.

Poor customer services waited till the time they was suppose to be here to reschedule a simple service call. Didnt even do it in person did it through a text the day of after I had already took the day off if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Run away. Awful experience altogether. Took forever to get what was needed. Crew was FaceTiming in the car when they should’ve been in our home working. Didn’t show up in the time window given. Never answer the phone.

These guys are the BEST! Very knowledgeable and professional they explained everything they were doing and answered my questions. They arrived on time and were so respectful. They were even able to repair my ac unit so I have two very happy and cool pups thanks to them!
