We contacted Cool Planet Air Conditioning after receivng a recommendation. Gilbert came out and did our six month checkup and determined that the problem with one unit not cooling well was because it needed more refrigerant. He did an excellent job explaining the things he checked and cited problems that may occur in the future with one of our units. We appreciated the headsup and were completely satisfied with this company. We will be using them again!

This morning I called Cool Planet Air Conditioning at 8:15am this morning, and a technician was here within the hour. He was very nice/professional. He had my AC fixed by 10:15 am. and it’s not even 11:00 am. My house is cooled down from 81 degrees to 76 degrees. The price for the was very affordable for replacing a dual capacitor. I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

We been with cool planet air since 2015, doing maintenance on our A/C and Heating System. They come twice a year. We get different technician every time. They’re all all nice with the exception of the last one who did the heating maintenance today10/13/23. His name is Lane very friendly and honest person.
He’ll tells you everything he find out while doing the inspection and explain what it is. My husband and I feel very comfortable with him doing the job. He looked at the record of our A/C and Heating Unit and told us that we’re good. He can’t believe when we told him that the system came with the house since 2006 when it was built. He said it’s in very good condition, nothing to worry about just keep up with the filter. I called the office and told them that Lane will be our technician from now on. It’s nice to have someone that is trustworthy, taking time in doing their job making sure everything is done right. Lane, thank you so very much. We appreciate you. You’re a very good person. Will see you again next time. For the office staffs, thank you for all you do. You’re all very nice. Appreciate you all in reminding us when it’s due for maintenance. Doing so will help us save money. Keep up the good work. I’ll definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

I had my AC unit begin having trouble cooling. I called Cool Planet out and the service technician, Robert, diagnosed the issue as a leak in the coil and advised the coil needed to be replaced. The staff at the office, Alexis and Maria, kept me updated on the status of finding the replacement part. They advised my system was still under warranty and scheduled a team out to replace the faulty coil as soon as a replacement part could be located and resources were available. Daniel and Jovani showed up, confirmed the work, and were able to complete the coil replacement within a couple of hours. The unit is now cooling again, like new.

I will note that I have used this business for about 5 years now, and have found the owner, office staff, and technicians to be courteous, professional, and customer oriented. I would recommend these guys to family and friends. I hope your experience is a good as mine.

First of all I just want to say I received OUTSTANDING service from Cool Planet. I contacted Jose Acosta because my system was not heating anymore. It was determined that I needed a complete new HVAC system as I already suspected and Jose and his team completed the work in 1 day and at a very fair price! After the installation was complete they explained how my new system works and took time to ensure my house was left in a neat & orderly fashion. What really impressed me is the high level of customer service that they provided because in this day and age its hard to find good service anymore. To anyone thinking of calling Cool Planet do not hesitate, you will be very pleased that you did!!
