Ramon stepped up when every other business I called either wanted to charge (a) an exorbitant service charge or (b) could only offer a slow response time of 5 days or longer. My electric stove stopped working. Cooking food is something that is necessary daily (unless you eat out everyday of course), so I wanted to identify where the problem was ASAP. Did the stove itself fail (ie bad control board)? Or did something go wrong with the circuit / power line between the breaker box and the 240 volt wall outlet? In about 5 minutes, Ramon gave me great news!! The issue was NOT the stove at all but the power supply; stove was only getting 120 volts. So the problem was now isolated to one of two places: (1) the main power trunk line (the cable that plugs into the wall) or (2) the wall outlet itself. Since the power plug looked fine, I decided to start with the wall outlet/receptacle. As Ramon said it would be, it was a very straightforward repair. And the needed part cost $12. Ramon truly cares about HELPING people rather than helping himself to their checkbooks. Unfortunately it is so easy and so common for electricians and plumbers to take advantage of folks who are in desperate need of their services. Ramon is trustworthy AND compassionate; a rare combination to find these days.

I was really worried because I had already been told it could not be repaired. He showed me pictures of a replacement price $6000 minimum. I called Ramon based on the neighbourhood recommendation. Texas Tough fixed it in 30 minutes. He came despite the fact that he was planning to leave on a trip to Colorado. So grateful that this honest man came.

Ray did an excellent job replacing my hvac coil. He took care of the warranty issues and didn't take shortcuts I've seen others do.

Ray is very knowledgeable and honest. He shares videos every step of the way. He treated my HVAC system like his own. I can honestly say no other company has taken as much care and time on making sure my system works right.
