Great service affordable and the guys were really friendly and helpful explaining what the problem was costs and the best option to fix ... in my case was the thermostat malfunction and it was misreading and cleaning the unit big difference on my electrical bill and the performance of the ac. 👍

Small job should have been a quick job full ac install over all amount was a few thousand was discussed to place two thermostat due to my mom always being cold because she has leukemia that was never installed wires a air duct was intalled and thermostat was as well but it did not work was told I would receive a new thermostat but they never returned with a replacement never got my air vent covers when installing air vent box the sheet rock was broken in multiple places I would not recommend this company when the final amount was paid I was told he would be back the next day with the vent covers and thermostat and finsh the job as he was paid in full they never came back and the work was not completed to this day I will have to hire another contractor to finsh and fix mistakes they made I call and txt with no response work contract was signed 4/12/23 so if you think because you have a contract they don’t care they won’t return very unprofessional work they way they wired up the unit I have wires all over the place looks like trash I will be following about with a lawsuit for brench of contract he was paid in full and did not receive What I paid for he will be sued for back charges associated to fix and finish his mess don’t do business with them

My A/C was not cooling my house down so I went to google to find help, I called several companies had many quotes and MTYAir were by far the most professional and cost effective company. If you want to throw away your money go some place else but if you want to keep your hard earned money call these guys. JOB WELL DONE!

Pedro came out next day to trouble shoot a room that was not cooling properly. He had found the builder had half my upstairs feeding off of one A/C duct. The next day he was there to run a new duct from the box and was done in under an hour. VERY affordable, I should have called him years ago. Now everyone is cool and happy. Thank you Pedro.

Our heater stopped working and began making a loud sound. I called this company and they answered the phone immediately. They came the same day at the the time that they gave me, found the issue within minutes. They were very prompt, professional and courteous. We will be calling for any future issues with our AC or heater.

Called MTY because I needed maintenance. Just like all the other companies, they were very busy due to the cold weather, but Pedro was able to send out a team to get my system taken care of the same day. I can't say enough about their response time, knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
