I’m very, very grateful for Pedro and His assistant. Customer service went smoothly over the phone and in person . Very attentive, humble and a good listener. When I called , He was Here within the next 15 minutes. He Broke down the problem to me in a way I can understand. He than took the time to shop for the part that was needed. He had my heater up and running in no time . I appreciate your time and hard work . God bless you and your company in Jesus name .

My heater went out right at the start of cold weather Pedro came out as soon as available and diagnosed the issue as my thermostat shorted outed itself and the board it was connected to. Fixed the issues and had my home warm again in less than 2 hours. Very professional and great service. Priced well as well. Will use again if needed.

Best price in town! Nothing but great things to say about you guys!! Pedro is very responsive and thorough. I reached out to him at 9am and a few hours later his team was knocking at my door. They were in & out for a repair while maintaining such kindness & professionalism. If there were more stars I would give them!

Pedro installed the AC for my new home in Blanco that we have been in for a year. I contacted him after we moved in last September and asked why our living area would not cool off and he insisted it was because we had large windows and had not yet installed blinds. He rudely told me he would come up to look at it but would charge me a trip charge just to tell me everything was fine. So before summer started this year we invested in black out shades and kept our house pretty much like a cave all summer. We kept the thermostat set at 72 and our living area would not go below 80! So we finally had two technicians in from two separate companies and both told us the same thing. The AC unit that was installed was not large enough for our house. So we are now having to put $16000 into a new unit for our one year old home. Maybe the builder told him that’s what he had to do but no business owner with any integrity should agree to do something like that. Shame on Pedro is all I have to say.

Been using Pedro and his company for a few years now on various properties for heating and cooling issues. His crew is punctual, transparent in what is going on, the guys are professional/respectful and pricing is fair. Solid 5 out of 5.

Had Pedro come and do a service on 2 A/Cs. I was doing the service because I was moving out and the landlord needed them serviced, per my contract. Pedro did the services, but never sent the invoice or inspection. I have called him 12 times, texted him 15 times, and I have received nothing to prove I completed the services. The few times he did answer, he told me he would email them to me, but he never did. Pedro charged me $1,400, but now I have to pay someone again so I can show the landlord the services were completed. I'm very unhappy that something so simple is going to cost me hard earned money!

At first I was really happy, as they helped out and came the same day. We were told the motor needed replaced and I agreed on the price, no issue with that.
Pedro told me he would give me a 1 year warranty on the motor and would provide an invoice. It’s been almost 2 months. No invoice and no warranty information. I’ve called and texted several times. I’m also adding a photo to this. I’m not an HVAC guy, but to me shortcuts were definitely made. Why are there wires on the outside? It wasn’t like that before.

When I was purchasing a AC from Pedro he was quick to install. So quick I referred him to my mother in law. 3 years later my mother in laws in not working. I've tried getting a hold of pedro for 3 days and nothing. No call back no nothing ! In a nutshell don't be fooled by this guy. I expected better from Pedro. Really think about it before you buy your next AC.

Our AC went out in the middle of the summer and Mitch made sure we were well taken care of! He came out quick to assess and had a new unit installed and up and running ASAP! They also followed up to make sure it was cooling nicely and we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC services!

Entire installation was installed against code and done completely illegally. He lost in court and refuses to pay the judgment against him.

Hands down the WORST company around. Not professional, never on time, non responsive, poor quality work... and doesn't pay their debts. I was granted a 20k judgment against the owner for poor quality work when he destroyed my house. Including not finishing replacing my ac. Had to have the ENTIRE system completely redone after he touched it. Didn't Cap off the system- just put some tape on it. Never fixed the area for the filter, everything was completely illegal and out of code. Found out no permits were pulled. Found out the system was leaking carbon monoxide - if zero was an option even that would be to much... run... run fast and have someone else touch your ac system.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This so called company “installed” a gas furnace into the house we just bought, the sellers found this company probably on a whim because they didn’t even have the common knowledge to seal the gas pipes after installing and left a deadly gas leak in the house. What kind of honest and reliable company does this? We called him to come fix the problem and he told our realtor he was on vacation. With this deadly leak we had to call another HVAC guy to fix the problem Mitchell Barela left! The new HVAC guy even told us he wanted to report him because he could have exploded our house and killed us. Mitchell obviously doesn’t care as he never checked in after his vacation. We called him to fix more issues he left like not sealing the exhaust pipes and not installing a pipe to circulate outside fresh air. He said he would come fix it and I took off a days work to wait for him in the morning because he said 3pm was too late and after continuously calling him since 7am till 3pm I realized he was lying yet again. We will be filing a police report and reporting them to get their license revoked because a company like this shouldn’t be operating and putting peoples lives in danger. Do not do business with them if you value your family’s life, because he obviously does not. If you want to do business with liars that put your life in danger then Mitch is your guy!

This company and Mitchel Barella gave false pretense and promoted himself as a licensed HVAC installer. They installed an HVAC system for me but it was not properly installed and the electrical was improperly done so the first time it started up all of the heating strips and blower fan needed to be replaced. Then when they started it up again, it ran for a day before the blower unit flooded because Mitchel didn’t install the drain line properly. Since then Mitchel has failed to warranty his product, at the time of install he was not properly licensed, he has had prior violations for operating without a license by the State of Texas and issued fines. I have now had to hire another company that is actually licensed and have to replace the entire system now due to Mitchels faulty installation and to prevent mold from forming. Mitchel has admitted fault in writing through text, but fails to remedy to situation. He is also never on time. He would consistently reschedule times and days he was supposed to work. Mitchel is currently being sued by myself and appears he has successfully been sued in the past by others. I also intend to file a criminal complaint with the District Attorneys office and Texas Attorney Generals office for Check Fraud as he’s failed to deliver what I purchased. He’s also refused to provide a refund to remedy the situation. Stay clear of this company. Would not recommend! He’s done this to multiple customers.

I had my HVAC serviced yesterday and I found the company to be professional and pleasant. They also were able to fit me in a lot sooner than the larger companies

Chick came to fix our AC, I had explained the situation over the phone and how much other companies had told us.
He came by, explained what was wrong and how he would fix it.
He was prompt and courteous, and not only honest but actually was cheaper than he quoted us which was already a lot cheaper than the big name companies around San Antonio!!!

I will highly recommend Chuck and will only use him for all our HVAC needs!
