Cesar was amazing. We had a leak in our AC and he. Came out the next day was professional and courteous, even cleaned up after! Definitely recommend for anyone needing help!

After 19 years, our A/C system finally gave out. We had been doing annual maintenance with a trusted technician, but after he retired, we needed to find a new HVAC professional to take care of our system.

Like most people, I called several companies and gathered multiple quotes. While this company was not the cheapest option, I immediately felt a sense of confidence when speaking with Cesar. It was one of those “click” moments rather than the “eek” feeling that tells you not to move forward with someone.

I carefully read through the Google reviews. Although the rating wasn’t a perfect 4.9, I noticed that many of the lower ratings were tied to American Home Shield claims, while the direct customer reviews for Cesar were consistently very positive. That gave me additional confidence to trust my instincts and choose this company.

It has been a week since the installation, and everything is running smoothly and quietly with no issues. Cesar also took the time to explain how the outdoor heat pump works together with the indoor unit, which really helped us understand our new system and how to maintain it properly.

So far, we are very happy with our decision and the service we received.

My AC broke during a very hot day and I needed it fixed the same day, I contacted Central Air services and he showed up and fixed it. It was up and running on the same day, very efficient and with great service.

He is a great guy that came out to seguin tx to service my A/C and worked with my schedule and explain in detail what was done and took his time doing and cleaning my A/C highly recommend

So I got home after a long day of work to my ac unit not working it 90something outside and 87 inside my house I called around to lots of different places asked on Facebook..
Central Air Service got to me right away they listened to me and were able to diagnose my issue right away they were able to to fix my problem right then and there very honest people didn’t give me the run around I would 100% recommend them they got to me quickly and were super affordable!!!

Great experience with this HVAC company! They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it the same visit. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure, no upselling, just honest recommendations based on the condition of the system. The tech was really friendly, professional and super knowledgeable... We had an amazing experience with StateWide. We had to have our entire unit replaced and they were able to accommodate us very quickly in a time of high demand.
