I have never had a problem with Daniel but time around I got Melvin. I don’t believe I had ever seen him before I met him. But no complaints. He got what I needed. When I told him that wasn’t the part I needed, no argument he made sure I got the right part. .

My technician who came to set up my home AC was Bee. She was super helpful and communicated well on everything she would be doing when she arrived. I would highly recommend her work. Statewide was also very quick to schedule and set up my AC. Would highly recommend as well:)

Overall fairly satisfied with the services provided by StateWide. We had our HVAC coil replaced due to a crack somewhere and we also had our compressor replaced. Both were under parts warranty, but labor was a little high in my opinion, I'm not sure what the average rate is though.

Couldn't tell you the name of the other two techs that came out, they never told me their names.

However, when I scheduled to have someone come to check the compressor or condenser, they didn't show up until around 5:30pm and did not call to let me know they were on the way. I just happened to be in my office and see their van parked in front of the house.
Regardless, we finally have properly working AC after a year of battling with a different company.

Had Statewide install the a/c for us on a new home and they were great to communicate with the technician Joey and his helper were very helpful and were willing to accommodate the additional measures we asked for showed up on time and did a great job!

My capacitor & compressor blew, and it broke my fan motor and the board that went with it. After shopping around for quotes these guys came in with great prices on parts and labor and had a quick turn around time. As soon as the parts came in they scheduled me for the following day and they fixed everything in a couple of hours. Amazing work. Our technician was definitely knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend them if you have any issues with your HVAC.

Everyone seems to have a great experience with StateWide. Unfortunately my experience was not the same. Literally, that morning before the Techs came, I had my electrical utility cut via a trencher by someone I had hired to do a trench for my sewage, the individual cut the line, buried it and left without telling me they cut the line. I was attempting to fix the issue before the techs came out. The techs initially expressed that they could not do anything as we had no power. We pleaded with them to get things started and by the time they have to vacuum and check for leaks the power would be on. Well, the techs hurried and finished installing the AC. The electrician told them that we were about to turn the power on so that they could vacuum, the techs said they could not wait, got in thier van and left. Now that hey want me to pay another 140 bucks to get them to finish the installation. I called and explained what happened and how their employees left as the power was turned on, but they did not care. Truly a bad experience. I understand that the power is not their fault but they left as we had the power on. It felt as if they just wanted to squeeze more money out of me. Customer service was bad. Just disappointed with how they did things.

Scheduling was perfect and fast. The customer service was great. My tech that came out Bee was an absolute joy, super nice, fast and efficient. She answered all my questions and explained everything clearly.

StateWide Service was quick to get me scheduled for my AC installation and the Tech Bee was very informative, friendly and polite. The main office employees were friendly as well and were fast to communicate with me and help get my Unit registered when I struggled registering it. Thank you to the whole Team!

We had a great experience with Statewide Service Company and our installation technician, Julio, was awesome! He installed our new unit with no issues and thoroughly explained how to use our new programmable thermostat. Great overall experience.

Statewide was great to work with. Needed system installed for new home. Called for install and it was scheduled quickly. Day of received a text confirming appointment. Matt T was great. Did a very good job and explained the system.

Bee was amazing! She was super nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything she was doing while installing our AC. She made the whole process easy and even fun! We really appreciated her great attitude and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend Bee to anyone needing AC work done!

Logan was my service tech he was efficient very prompt arrived when he said he would very professional and immediately got to work completed the heater check out.

I have been dealing with this company for over 30 years and have never been disappointed in their service and/or their charges.

The technician Logan was on time and communicated with me through the whole process he was very professional. The quality of work was perfect ! The one thing I do not agree with is, i bought a home and the a c was included with it with a maximum of twenty feet of material where I wanted.The unit placed was twenty nine feet.And I needed to pay an 275 for the extra 9 feet, but they don't charge by the foot.They charge by 20foot increments, but did not leave the extra copper tubing or other material. The company charges you for the extra but will not leave everything you paid for ie. The other 11ft of material. Other than that it was a great experience. Hats off to Logan.

We had our AC system installed by Julio M. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We needed the unit moved further over from the home builder's original intended location, and Julio installed it with no problems. Great job!

We had Mr. Travis Pendaz from Statewide Sevice Company come out and install our new AC unit. Mr. Travis did an amazing job on the installation despite the pouring rain and 30 degree weather. Called to get our heater looked at and Jose was sent out quickly. Jose did such a great job fixing our heater!! He was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company. Customer service is great and everyone ive spoken to has been extremely friendly. Very glad we have this company as our provider.

Received a text that stated what I needed to do and the service that Statewide was going to perform. Spoke to an Andrea that was very knowledgeable and helped me with setting up an appointment to install my AC unit. Was impressed with the professionalism and speedy service.

Joey did an excellent job servicing my AC. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work.
