Gloria Guerra at Northwest Center has provided excellent hands on training in an efficient amd professional manner. She treats everyone with respect assigns our duties and always ask if we need help or have questions.

Im a frequent customer at the pearl I actually took the time to ask the name of the company cleaning the area. Thus impressed by the cleanliness of the area those ladies do a great job. Its always pleasant to walk into a clean restroom etc... Great job!

My office building utilizes PJS for janitorial services. The office is always spic and span when I clock in, and the bathrooms are always shiny and clean. The employees are professional too, Miss Corena especially She always greets me with a smile and looks happy while she's working. Five stars for Corena too!

Was there last night Seeing Chicago PJ Cleaning people there Bad company the people they have very unprofessional don't do there job at the Majestic Theater the big guy walks around doing nothing trash cans we're all full during the show couldn't even put trash in ⭐

I’m a patient and have been to a few facilities that are cleaned and sanitized by BioPro. Let me just say the attention to detail, the cleanliness and sanitation is done in a very professional manner and it shows. It’s apparent the owner and staff are professional and pay attention to detail when it comes to cleaning these facilities. It’s nice to enter a medical facilitiy and be able to see immediatly how clean the lobby, patient rooms, laboratories and especially the restrooms are. Highly recommend!

The team from biopro does a great job keeping our building clean. They’re reliable, thorough, and always make sure everything looks spotless. The common areas, restrooms, and offices are well-maintained, and they pay attention to the little details. It always smells soo good when we arrive in the mornings.

If we ever need anything extra, they’re quick to respond and take care of it without any issues, even though sometimes it’s not janitorial related. It’s nice to have a cleaning crew we can count on to keep our workspace looking great. Definitely recommend them!

Terrible customer service, spoke with the owner and he hung up in my face. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THEM. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I hired them for a deep clean, but I honestly can’t tell what they actually did. Many surfaces were still untouched. For the price they charge, I expected a professional level of detail, not what looks like a quick 20-minute wipe-down. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
