Just started service with Lawn Doctor. Service tech. Gabriel was very helpful in evaluating my lawn and getting a plan of action. Nothing with lawns is instant but next spring I should be all smiles.

Hurray for Lawn Doctor! I finally found a GREAT Lawn Care Company! Here are the reasons that I LOVE Lawn Doctor.
1. Lawn Doctor comes out to my rural area in Terlton, OK
2. No contract is required
3. Their pricing is very reasonable and affordable
4. They offer free call backs if a particular servicing needs additional help
5. They Answer the phone and will talk to you!
6. My yard has never looked better, and it will not only contiinue looking better.
7. My time and additional money is no longer needed trying to do what they can do in 10 monthly short service visits so much better than I can do by myself. They are actually SAVING ME MONEY and freeing my time.
8. What would or could take me days to accomplish they can do in one short visit and they have been able to guide me about other plant issues that arose this past spring due to the long and heavy rains we experienced in 2025.
9. Both my Apple and Pear trees bore bumper crops which has been a dream and is due to the offshoot of my garden remaining mostly weed free and better fed. I attribute that to the fact the garden gets rain runoff from the lawn due to their care too!

We have had Lawn Doctor care for our yard for over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. Darlene at Lawn Doctor has always been very helpful and friendly as well as the technicians that come out. I am always informed when LD will be out, what they are servicing so that I am aware. Technician always informs me day of service so I can expect them to arrive. There is always great communication by phone and text. If I have questions or concerns, Darlene is always willing to assist me with answers. I highly recommend their service! Weed free and green owner here!!!

First of all I'd like to say that Lawn Doctor is the best Lawn care service I've ever used, trust me after owning 5 homes I've had my fair share of subpar horrible experiences. The office manager Ms. Cheryl has truly been a blessing, the best customer service hands down in the industry. Always friendly and helpful, she gives you plenty of information and gives you different choices of plans to fit your budget. Our tech guy Quran is new serving our area however he is a very sharp young man, our former tech was an older gentleman which i really enjoyed interacting with. Bryan has since moved on to something less stressful on his seasoned body, i wish him the best. Bottom line is if it weren't for my neighbor Megan Hernandez i would have never known about Lawn Doctor, thank goodness for great neighbors. Again thank you Ms. Cheryl and the entire staff for keeping our yard and making the curb appeal absolutely stunning. Yes i allow wifey to ride the Bad Boy Zero Turn only in the backyard a few times a year lol. By the way this is the location in Keller Texas, we reside in Justin Texas. Looks like to me in a few negative reviews, people didn't water their yards enough, it also depends on the part of Texas you reside in.

PICK UP SERVICE IS WORST EVER!!!BEEN WAITING OVER AN HOUR SITTING DOWN AND PARK. DON'T GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

There is very, very little available in this particular Wal Mart Garden Center. Mostly what I saw - all outdoors, are multiple empty shelves with small bags of potting mix & some overly large planting mixes.
No planters, pots, nor plants.
The male Garden Center employee, when I asked, " where can I find orchid bark, you know, to plant orchids in.. Do you have it? " Poor guy replied that he did not know what I was talking about.
I did however find in this bare Outdoor Garden Center, 100's of bicycles in different sizes for sale. (not gardening outdoor items) . There are many varieties of kids bike helmets, some that even even light up!
Inside I browsed thru fluffy enormous, soft overly cuddly stuffed animals ( at $40. each )..
The Chistmas items aisles are already practically picked bare..

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend him.

DO NOT trust this business. Failed to complete work they were paid to do. Continuously deflected my attempts to come back out and finish the work. Either he was too busy or his truck broke down or his assistant was supposed to come out but never did. He was quick to cash that check though. You have been warned!

On 03JUN22 I provided TSE services with a check for services. Andrew (owner) informed me that he would charge to repair my sprinkler system within 3 days max. He was to repair up to six leaks and complete all rewiring needed and be done NLT 05JUN22 and ad 7-9 additional sprinkler heads. He not only failed to complete the work he often didn't show at agreed upon times. He failed to complete the work daily citing his employees on several occasions "left for mexico, got into car accidents, retired and his vehicle was broken into". He admittedly took on several other jobs that he was working while simultaneously disregarding mine. Andrew requested Tuesday 07JUN22 to recieve an additional $75 dollars cash so he can by more parts to finish that day. He got the parts and still didn't finish. He left early and again promised to be out the very next morning 08JUN22. He failed to do so and cited around noon that he has his vehicle broken into and would not be able to complete the work. Andrew was informed that Monday and Wednesday that I would cancel the check and bring him to court. Monday he cashed the check and Wednesday he disregarded my calls for him to comeplete the work. This is by far the most unprofessional contractor I have delt with in this area. He is a discredit to the honest contractors who are mistrusted do to instances such as this. The one star that was allotted only happened as it was required for the review. Save your money, time and stress by finding a professional.

Andrew Munoz and his crew did an EXCEPTIONAL job with building my fence/dog corral. Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional. He was wonderful at keeping me in the loop by text or phone call if there were any questions or on arrival time. He and his crew were courteous and professional and worked tirelessly to get the job done. I highly recommend TSE Services. I have 4 more projects to get done and I will definitely be calling Andrew and his team.
