In one word…WOW! I had high expectations and researched many companies before going with Forever Green and it was worth every penny. When you spend a significant amount of money for a project you search for little things that need to be corrected during the installation but the management team of Joy, Ron, and Santiago found things I missed. There was an issue with the installation and Joy was not pleased. She immediately corrected the situation even though it took an extra day of rework. We've been looking for a company for awhile that sells and installs artificial grass that we can trust and afford. WE FOUND THE PERFECT COMPANY! Sometimes you're unsure of the outcome, since they are so many companies out there that sell artificial grass.

You usually never know what you're getting, but with this company, FOREVER GREEN, you will NOT be disappointed. In fact if you're like us, you'll be looking for more places at your home or business where you can install more artificial green grass. It's the best thing since sliced bread. Very low maintenance and the best thing we like is, its very durable, high quality, reasonably priced and FEELS SO SOFT even our grandbaby loves to walk on it.

We installed some on our front porch and outdoor stairs not realizing the high traffic in and out. After 1 year, it still looks amazing.

Joy and Ron were so great to work with! Great people. They turned our backyard into a outdoor paradise! The workers are very hardworking and punctual. I recommend to anyone who wants their Turf done.

We had a small patio area that had large flat stones and grass that needed to pulled up and replaced with artificial turf. There is a fountain feature that had to be worked around also.

I contacted Joy for a free estimate appointment and Ron & Joy came out to Deer Meadows within 48 hrs..we had an estimate within another 24 hrs. They would've started within 72 hrs but project starts are always about who has already been scheduled.

As it turned out it was less than the other estimate we received.

The project was done in one day with Leo, the foreman and 2 other helpers and one trainee. While Leo and I played charades (no espanol), Joy provided great customer service by being available by phone along with phone translator, Leo and I were on the same sheet of music for the entire project.

Ron and Joy are relatively new business owners (3 yrs) but the quality of service and attention to detail was that of a company that had been around a long time. For example, I inspected the project at completion and thought it looked fine. Joy and Ron arrive shortly afte the team left and she went through with.a fine tooth comb and found seven its.a she didn't find acceptable. She called the team back and pointed each item out!

This is the best landscaping company I've worked with so far! They finished my backyard within 3 days, just as promised and the artificial grass looked great! They also added a stone walkway for me and threw out so much left over junk from the previous owner. They really went above and beyond and clearly communicated through the whole job. My son now has a perfect yard to play in without the ant piles and weeds :)

Where to start.. I paid someone else thousands of dollars for Synlawn and installation, but it was a horrible experience, never finished and looked terrible. I called Forever Green and was met with the most pleasant and professionals I have ever worked with! I explained our terrible situation and asked if they could help without needing to waste more money if not necessary for new turf. They came out the next day, were as friendly as if we have known each other for years. They explained what the previous guy doesn't do and what he did, but incorrectly. They were able to provide a fair quote to come out and basically redo the whole job. I can tell you before they fixed my yard, we didn't even want to go out back even though we just spent a lot of money putting in a pool. When we saw the finished job today, my wife said we need to have a BBQ on memorial day because she is so proud of how great it looks now!

We are very meticulous and cautious when it comes to big house projects like this, and being first time owners of a newly built house we only want what is right and fair when it comes to materials, scheduling and of course the price. This company has provided all of these and more.

The first face to face meeting/estimate was a pleasure because they explained the process in full detail including the pros/cons as well as providing us with expert answers to most if not, all of our questions and worries. Joy (the owner) and her husband Ron has walked us through the entire process while bringing positive vibes and attitude. We can tell that they are not trying to 'hard sell' us with their product/service but they are simply creating a relationship with us as their customers. From this type of approach, we easily felt at ease, comfortable and they have gained our trust right away.

Like most projects, there were some stumbles and hiccups along the way however, the best part was they never stopped collaborating with us to work things out and to make things right with proper communication and bringing an open mind.

The end product was excellent as expected. Their team did the job with what we have envisioned and we can truly say that we got our money's worth… the added bonus of the entire process is the friendship we have made and a possible travel companions!

As for the sales side they showed up when they said they would, presented me with different turf options, and provided me with a fair quote. The day of the turf install they showed up on time, worked hard all day, installed everything exactly the way the sales rep and I had discussed, cleaned up well, and finished the next morning. We got exactly what we were looking for! I would highly recommend this company!

Great work. Would recommend !! Very professional and the owner came himself to give me an estimate. The work was done in a timely fashion and my yard was transformed to a dream come true!

UPDATE 7/10/24: After installing the artificial turf I inspected my backyard surroundings, found all types of screws and clamps all over the place which eventually got me a flat tire. Most importantly these people got paid and disappeared, they’re no where to be found. Called them up for some maintenance and small repairs, they replied stating they were too busy to service customers and in an effort to keep me from requesting the service purposely quoted the repairs way too expensive. On top of all that, they also told me I live too far from them so they will have to charge extra for the inconvenience.

After an investment of thousands of dollars you’ll get no support whatsoever, I imagine it would be close to impossible to claim the warranty from them. To recap, work was not as detailed as it needed to be and they were careless. Customer service doesn’t return calls and refused to provide support. I do not recommend this company, you’ll definitely be better off with one of the big honest companies.

We have done our research and after several weeks we decided on this company to install turf in our backyard.
Company representative, Santiago, was on time, patient & kind with all of or questions & concerns.
At the time when he cam to give a quote, I was not home. Santiago came back the following day just to review everything again, for me.
We went ahead and confirmed service. Never did we expect installation that same weekend!
The installation was quick, they worked through the rain!

This was my first time to install artificial turf. We have a backyard where grass simply could not and would not grow….Ron and Joy came out and we discussed the project in detail on how they could help. We arrived at the perfect solution to proceed with. The wry hard working crew came to install and the project was completed in a couple days. Ron and Joy came and reviewed the project after completion to make sure we were satisfied.

Forever Green Artificial Grass is AMAZING!! They come on time and do beautiful work! Our backyard looks like a magazine. They are perfectionists and don’t leave until everyone is happy. I can’t say enough. We had it put in 6 months ago and just recently we needed to get under it. The owner, Joy, immediately came out with a qualified crew and worked until 9:30 pm to complete it. Joy held a light on the employee so he could see until the work was complete. You will not be sorry if you use them.

Ron and Joy are very honest people. I bought turf that I was told was brand new( some one sold me used turf). They saw the horrible quality of the turf I bought and offered me great quality turf for a fair price. They also helped me get my money back for the used turf. I RECOMMEND FOREVER GREEN!
