Very good selection on so many indoor and outdoor plants, trees, shrubbery, and cacti.

Lowes garden area, has always been the best. Home depot has nothing on Lowe's.

They have garden classes at this location on Saturdays and always have a good selection of plants, soil and mulch the guy Aaron that works there is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff I have been coming to this lowes specifically for his knowledge on plants and plant treatments for years as well as to learn how to plant the plants correctly and has always steered me in the right direction.

Beautiful selection of plants everything is kept clean, you didn't have to step over anything like home depot. My questions about where certain things were answered and was shown personally by employees, not told to go here or there.

I visited this Lowe’s garden center yesterday to try to find flowers and plants for our backyard. I was very disappointed at how many plants there were starving for water. I also specifically wanted a hibiscus plant, but they had been left to dry out. It seems to me that the people maintaining this department do not know much about plants. I wasn’t impressed and will be shopping elsewhere going forward for my plants.

They have jacked up their prices, and the clearance prices have gone up too. Talked with an employee and found out there is only 1 person watering and maintaining the plants. He said they basically just keep the plants until they start to look off. Instead of grooming dead leaves & watering, they throw them into the dumpster. All prices are set by someone at corporate. Haven't shopped there for plants in a couple of years and used to go several times a week. No more

Lady at front desk is very aggressive and rude

Less than one star. I’ve caught these people numberous time just standing in the middle of the yard pushing leaves around for over an hour. No reason for that.

Lady who answered my phone call was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional and aggressive. Poor quality regarding their work performance!!!!! If you’re looking for a landscaper, do not use Horton!!!! WARNING! STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM HORTON HORTICULTURE!!!!! The pictures attached are just a few I have after they’re finished. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

Workers shattered my car windshield while edging the curb at an apartment complex and didnt take responsibility for it. Building managers should beware.

Worst customer service. They've definitely made me switch to Home Depot. Will not shop at Lowe's again.

2 hours till closing and they couldn't open the garden center door to let me load several heavy items in my car outside of the Garden C. door.

Other Lowe's have opened the door for me 15! Minutes before closing to load those same heavy items in my car.

This is a nice and homely place that was very well put together. I enjoyed the smell of the Christmas trees they had on stock. The way they had the flowers and other arrangements set up were easy to scan the aisles and gave that overview of the whole garden. Customers were easy to talk to so it was an enjoyable experience. Staff were approachable and were prepared to answer my questions. 😃 Friendly service with a smile, had a good feeling after I left the store kinda made my day a little better.

The manager crystal has a terrible attitude and poor ethics. She rather skirt around ambiguous policy rather than provide a good customer experience. Definitely will be returning my purchases and never shopping here again.

Every visit to lowes is like walking in the desert no one around to assist, the employees see you looking lost and they walk faster to get away from you, I wonder what were they hired for the customer is the purpose the store was built 🤔 customer satisfaction is first step it up guys. You do have competition home depot.
