Had a great experience with Ray and his crew! From the moment they came out to give a FREE estimate, I knew I would be going with Done Right Landscaping to make my yard the best looking yard in the neighborhood!

My wife and I are new to the Tx area and Done Right Lanscaping came recommended to us. A gentleman named Ray came out yesterday to give us a quote on leveling some ground for a above ground pool. He was on time, had a neat appearance, was very professional, and straight to the point. He also gave us some tips for some trees that we may want to add to our backyard for some added shade. We will definitely use this company in the future and will pass along their number to people that we come across that are in need for this type of work.

I am at Ft Benning and needed a lot of help with the yard at my house at Ft Sam. I found Done Right online and left a detailed message and they called back immediately. I described how overgrown the yard had become due to a negligent tenant. Done Right (Jacob and Ray) saved me in a pinch and provided the best customer service I have had in a long while. They visited the property and understood EXACTLY what I needed done and how quickly I needed the work finished. Done Right scheduled the job immediately, kept in constant contact with me via text and phone, took "Before and After" pictures and delivered what they promised: a job done right! I wish I had more projects for them and I wish they did more than landscaping because I would have them on speed dial! Highly Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about Mr. Montes and his crew! They were all so knowledgeable, professional, polite and hard working. Such a pleasure to work with and our once blank backyard is now something we are excited to show off! Highly recommend !! You will not be dissapointed.

I had a major issue with grass, or the lack there of and weeds, sand burrs/prickers/little spiked balls from hell. Ray was friendly, reliable, communicative, and the work he and his team performed was completed as agreed upon and looks great. I will not hesitate to call for any other job I need. Thank you.

Ray cares. That is what you get with a small business like Done Right. Ray pays attention. He listens. The work done for us was very good. Nice guys. Price is competitive, but the service is unbeatable. A little patience is required, as with any small business. But they will do it right or make it right. I recommend them and would definitely call them again.

Great experience with Ray and his crew. Quick response with estimate. Initial time frame was 10-12 days. Asked if he could try and make happen by 4th of July. He did!! Less than 5 day turnaround. Also had an issue with pooling around our sidewalk so he had his guys put in a drain to help out. Awesome service!!!

Ray was responsive to my voicemails and came out to provide an estimate for requested landscape work in short order. He appeared to fully grasp the issues I was having and provided several ideas for how to remedy. We talked through options and settled on one and a quote was provided quickly. I believe the quote was accurate even though we ultimately chose to go a different route.

Pass on this landscaping company. No reason to go into all the details because he can’t fix the huge mistake his guys made. I told him I wanted him to be at my home to oversee the project and he insisted it would be fine. It is not fine. And furthermore, the amount of money I paid for what I got is insulting. I feel like I got duped. What a rip off!

I am truly thankful that I discovered Done Right Landscaping! After getting quotes for $10,000+ dollars, Ray was able to do exactly what I wanted for half the price! It’s a great company, and I will only use them moving forward for my landscaping needs.

I highly recommend Done Right Landscaping. From the initial phone call, to getting the estimate and vision from Ray for our yard, to Simon and his crew for their attention to detail and incredible work ethic. After 2 long days of back-breaking work when I am sure they were completely drained, they still blew and swept everything up (even in the street). Incredible customer service! It has been a great experience and our yard looks (for lack of a better word) AMAZING!!! Could not be happier. My 11 year-old son said our yard looks like it should be on HGTV now :) And I agree. Just fyi, they removed old rock and landscaping, took our yard down to dirt, added in new dirt and landscaping borders, new sod, some river rock and lighting. Love it all.

Ray and his crew did an amazing job on our landscaping. We had other companies come out to give us a quote, one was way to expensive and one told us he couldn't do the job. We will defiantly use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Ray's team was incredible--came when they promised, finished when they promised. GREAT service! I highly recommend Done Right Landscaping. They had to strip my front yard, bring in top soil, re-sod, buildup a retaining wall, plant shrubs and then used river rock and mulch to finish it out. It looks great!

Ray and his team did a great job on my backyard, and I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and finished product. The most impressive thing to me about working with Ray was his customer service. Typically, I could call or text Ray and receive a reply or call back within the hour. Additionally, his team arrived when they said they would and provided us continuous updates on their progress.
