What a crew. Ray has some exceptional landscapers on his team. Alex and Marcos did a phenomenal job of turning our "mud pit" into a real lawn.

Ray had great ideas on functional improvements that went along with our HOA rules, such as adding flagstone for a walkway, and large mortared brick for our flowerbed so my kids don't destroy it! He approached the project just like he approached his quotes: reasonable and flexible. Though he didn't perform the work himself, he came out three times during the project. The first to hear our ideas, the second after finalizing the quote before signing a contract, and the third to walk the crew through the contract. All three times I was left impressed.

The work took a bit longer than they expected due to some unforeseen hiccups, but they honored the contract and completed the work 100% to my satisfaction. Would hire again.

The team did a wonderful job. They did our whole backyard in 2 days! Sod installation, metal border along whole fence and borders with granite areas along both sides of the house, flowerbed and by patio. Ray’s team was professional and responsive. We are very pleased!

if you want great quality work at a great price done right is the right place to go. i was not able to be their most of the time when the were working on my backyard. but every thing ray and i talked about doing to my back yard was completed above my expectations. he even went one step above and built a retaining wall around my air conditioning unit and removed my back step. but when i was able to be their his employees were very helpful and informative on what they were doing. when i decide to finish the bottom half i will definitely be calling him back to finish the job here are a few pictures

Ray came out quickly to discuss what I would like done with my backyard. He gave me options according to my budget and was very clear and upfront on pricing. Everything was done just as we had discussed and his crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

Ray and his crew did an excellent job for us. It was so refreshing to find someone that was knowledgeable, creative and professional. His communication skills are excellent. He always responded to any text or calls very quickly. The work was completed in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new rock yard and landscaping.

I had ongoing erosion issues in my yard and Done right landscaping did an excellent job addressing it! From the start, the communication with Ray was outstanding — he was responsive, clear, and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole crew was professional and knowledgeable, and the quality of their work was great. They explained the process and made sure everything was done right. The results have already made a big difference, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping or erosion control work!

I REALLY wanted to use this service for one of our rental properties. I asked for a quote for bi weekly service, and also asked about sod installation / turf installation, I asked about landscape lighting, adding a gravel path, and even adding additional plants to my front garden. The rep told me he would get back to me in a couple of days with the quotes, but I said I really need service asap for getting all the leaves and a mow. He said oh for that quote I can get it to you later today. That all happened on 03/18/2022. It's now been 5 days, and I still didn't get my quote for a simple mow. I really didn't care about the price, I just wanted it done, but nothing. I call the company and speak to a lady and very politely explained I am waiting on a few quotes but I wanted my lawn mowed asap and the rep told me he would have a quote ready the same day (5 days ago) and I've been waiting. I asked to please call or email me back by end of day today. (I called in the morning) I didn't get any call back or email... my lawn over there is covered in leaves and killing the grass, and I've been very kind and patient. I don't understand why I'm not able to even get a simple mow quote. I guess they do not want to service me? I'm really not sure. I'm very disappointed, I'm a business owner and this is not a great way to earn someone's business.

If I don't hear back by tomorrow, I'm not going to update my review and I'll find another landscaping company to take on our projects. I am not expecting to get all the quotes yet. I understand they take time, all I wanted was the mowing quote for the time being like I was promised to begin with...
