I had a great experience with this company. My backyard was completely covered with leaves and needed a lot of cleaning, and they did an amazing job. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were very professional throughout the entire process. In a short amount of time, they removed all the leaves and left my yard looking clean and well maintained.

I really appreciated how efficient and organized they were. The whole process was very smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that they care about doing quality work and making sure the customer is happy.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional landscaping services!

I had a very pleasant experience with Black Belt from start to finish. I was in desperate need of dirt and sod grass, and their team made the entire process smooth and stress free. Flavia reached out to me promptly. She said Levy would be coming by to take the necessary measurements so they could provide an accurate estimate. Shortly after, Levy arrived as scheduled, took the measurements carefully, and answered any questions I had about the work that needed to be done. Not long after the visit, I received the estimate via email exactly as promised. I really appreciated how organized the team was throughout the process. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a big difference, especially since I needed the dirt and sod quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

We recently had our yard redone by Black Belt Landscaping and had a great experience! They were prompt, efficient, and really easy to work with from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted and did a great job bringing our vision to life.

We had new sod installed along with fresh perimeter mulch, and they were able to accommodate our request to use native mulch and organic weed barriers, which we really appreciated. Communication was wonderful through the entire time — they were responsive, kept us updated, and were very open about the process. Everything felt smooth and well-organized.

We’re extremely happy with how the yard turned out and the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend Black Belt Landscaping if you’re looking for a reliable and professional landscaping team.

While away my lawn died but they kept coming and servicing a dead lawn. Imagine getting an invoice for a dead lawn! Really?

Not a client, but today I witnessed one of their crew jump out of his truck and help out a broke down Jeep @ the Valero between 1000 oaks and brookhollow. Just nice to see, wish this wasn't such a exception instead of the norm, great job!!

We are so pleased with the work From Expert Lawn. Joe really took care of us and gave us a backyard that we can use and enjoy. We are so excited to have this beautiful safe place for our toddler to run around in and play. I wish I could post a picture too, because it would blow you away!

Sloppy lawn maintenance that is very rushed. They are contracted through my HOA to do lawn maintenence for my entire neighborhood. They use the weed wacker for everything including trimming the lawn and plants. They throw hedge trimmings under the plants. Some weeks they just skip entire parts of my lawn until I call and complain. Also they are doing constant damage to my stained fence. Not respectful of your property, I do not recommend at all.

As the owner of the company, I would like the opportunity to reply to Ms. Oppenheimer's complaint. She was a new customer, and had only been with us for a couple of service visits prior to the incident taking place. She did not advise us that she would be out of town for more than a month during the hottest part of the year, and during SAWS Stage 1 watering restrictions to boot. Her HOA manager reported dead grass along both sides of her sidewalk to her as a violation, and asked us for a proposal to replace it, as it was only a part of her yard.

We are not employed as caretakers, and we do not know when a homeowner leaves town unless they inform us they will be away. We will always assume that a house is occupied unless someone tells us otherwise. Unfortunately, Ms. Oppenheimer did not share that information with us, and instead chose to blame us for her dead grass.

We are sorry that she did not give us the opportunity to take care of her landscaping appropriately, but instead decided to blame us for her lack of information and care for her home.

For over a decade, Expert Lawn & Landscaping has provided lawn care services for our HOA. During this time, we have also requested other miscellaneous task, such as tree trimming, brush clearing, fence line clearing, and playground leveling, we have always been impressed with their work. The guys at Expert lawn and landscape did an amazing job with the landscape, stone and tree work. From our initial meeting the owner was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He had a eye for the design and knew what worked the best with what i was wanting. I also have to say the guys on the job site were awesome! They went above and beyond with using some boulders i had around the property to outline the tree’s and all of them worked extremely hard. Highly recommend this compamy.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year. I asked for a cut the week of 4/27 and was promised they would come on 5/4, they were no call, no show. I text, it was ignored. I called and was told if they did not come on 5/4 they would definitely be there in 5/5. 5/5 came but again no call, no show. I contacted them again but text went ignored then called but lady who responded acted like she didn’t care do I found someone else to cut my lawn. Don’t bother with this company, bad service and no response when they promise to come and cut but don’t show up. Better service with other companies!
