I was very happy with the butterfly garden he designed.

Great company and service. The bad reviews are just people wanting to work over an honest business.

I hired Memo’s to put in gravel, concrete boarders and grass in our front yard. The workers were competent and capable of good work. However, they installed a checkerboard of St Augustine grass – some quality squares mixed with thin-root squares. At the time of installation my wife pointed this out and believed Memo’s would fix it. After a few phone calls nothing was done. I called and again no answer to phone messages. Supervise work and be certain you are satisfied before paying.

This may be one of many unsatisfied reviews; I have lived in Amorosa for 6 years and never asked for my Crepe Myrtles to be murdered! Poor Poor communication as well as inconsistent. I called yesterday to talk with someone of authority; good luck with that.
I was on the Amorosa Advisory Committee during the time of negotiation of new contract, my effort to get a new landscaper will my my goal going forward.

I called them to do a check on irrigation leak from SAWS connection to irrigation connection and the person came down and didn't even spend 10 minutes and turned off the valve from SAWS to irrigation system and in a minute he turned on the valve to the irrigation and said that the issue is not an irrigation issue and left and they have charged me 75 dollars for the service excluding taxes, based on that guys information i called the plumber to figure out the issue and looked at it and said the issue is an irrigation issue. I could see clearly the water was dripping at irrigation valve. I wasted my money by calling this memo landscaping company to do a check on the irrigation, when they take money for service they have to find out where the issue is not just come and turn on the valve and turn off the valve and say the issue is not their issue, the only reason i called this memos land scraping to check it out is because the builder who i built my house used memos landscaping irrigation to do the irrigation so i thought they will know if the issue is the irrigation issue or not but they are not worth it to find out about a simple leak. I would never ever again call them to do any irrigation issues in future.

They are the worst landscaping company, the builder who i built my house choose them to do my irrigation and every time it rains a little water stagnates at every where and especially in the back yard it is stagnating all the way to the foundation and the entire lawn is uneven they didn't even care to level it properly and they just put the grass on the rocks, when ever i do the lawn mowing i can hear the rocks coming under the blades. Japhet Builders and this Landscaping have no honesty, they just took our hard and earned money and did a very crapy job.

Terrible company. Do not do business with.

For those of us who are in agreement that the services industry typically leaves us with a disappointing experience, I am compelled to share what I believe to be a very much deserved factual review. The crew(s) that came out to service my yard in both the re-installation of sprinklers and the re-application of sod, not only were extremely professional but each and every one of the team took pride in their work and did NOT cut any corners in their deliverables. It was a pleasure to watch them work and provide a quality result that we were very pleased with and certainly the cost was very much well worth their efforts.

Last week, our landscaping company servicing our community conducted the removal of the Fall-Winter flowers in preparation for planting the Spring-Summer plants as per the community agreement with the company. During process, they broke my flower bed irrigation system. This bothers me because it’s the 3rd time it happens. The previous time it happened was in November 2024 while laying mulch. And as a result of it, we had a high water bill during that billing cycle (BTW…the first time it happened, the water bill was HUGE). The company proceeded to perform the repair then. But in the process they left the area soiled. When I contacted them to point that out, they added pain to suffering by ignoring the point related to their failure to clean up after themselves leaving the area as found and their response just made reference to the matter getting completed when the repairs were done. And here we’re again with a damaged irrigation system. The only reason I know we are NOT having a large water bill this time is because we tested the irrigation system when they finished and that’s how we discovered the damage which allowed us to stop the cycle until they fix it.

In conclusion, although the company said the break was caused by a tool they use, the damages done during the Fall work appears to be done by someone stepping on the line. I’m sure whom ever did so, must have felt the crack when it happened. We understand things happen. What bothered us was their failure to tell us about it causing the water waist and the huge bill.

Negative 10-stars...WORST of the worst. Do NOT hire, just ask Campanas. We absolutely couldn't stand them and are so happy our HOA did not renew their contract!!!

My house has a clearly labeled NO SOLICITING sign, you can even see it in this photo. It is illegal and considered trespassing to ignore that sign, also you're legally not allowed to start until 9am, so they've broken several laws. I'm guessing they don't have a permit to solicit either. If it happens again I will contact authorities and advise all my neighbors with such signs to do the same. Horrible way to do business, do better.

Great to work with, listened to our needs and made excellent suggestions to put finishing touches on the project.

We love our newly landscaped yard. Ladybug had a lot of work to do on it including laying flagstone and grass.

I really love Lady Bug, they have some fantastic ideas. They’re creative, proficient, professional, responsive. I love their suggestions and a really Fair price!

I had Ladybug landscaping comeow and trim my front and backyard.They left strips of grass and missed a section in the back and left weeds

. They left my front gate open. I texted them about the issue and yet had no raponse fromvthem. Rhis is a very unprofessional way to do busines.
