The dude was super knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions. He had to come out twice, price doubled when he came out the second time. My mistake, get a written invoice for services rendered.

They do an excellent job of explaining what they need to do and have always been very friendly and helpful. I've used them for septic inspections. I would say any service they give would be too notch.

Jason was a God send we had a clog in our septic line. We called him in the evening and the next morning he was at our house. I really was impressed with his fast response to fix our problem.

Jason is the man!!! I recently purchased a brand new home with a septic system. After 3 months of my family living in our new home, we were beginning to experience plumbing issues with the house. I called the builder and the plumber to help with the issue, neither could help and said that my septic tank was full and had to be emptied before any type of maintenance could be done on my plumbing system. With the foul odor seeping through the system, I called Big Bexar Septic for assistance. As I was talking to Jason, he told me he would be able to come to my home to empty the tank the same day. I was more than willing to pay just about anything to get the issue resolved. After a few questions about my system, Jason was able to isolate the issue and walk me through a few trouble shooting steps to get my system working. Once the system was back on line, it did exactly what he said it would do. Not only did he save me a lot of money in repairs, he educated me on how my system works and how to maintain it in the future. Highly recommend this company for any of your future needs!!! Very impressed with this company! They came out within 10 minutes of our call, diagnosed the issue promptly, and got the job done quickly in spite of brutal 98° heat and a rain shower. A for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

Bottom line: this business skirted responsibilities, was intentionally vague in a quote, and was borderline unethical in the handling of the job.

Things started off promising - Nadia was friendly and informative, and did a good job selling me on her business practices. After getting competing quotes, DNS came in lowest, but the written quote I received was very vague, so I had Nadia come back out to discuss what the quote included, and we talked verbally about my concerns about water drainage in particular. She assured me that her team would take care of it. I took it for granted that I would get what was verbally promised, and didn’t get it written into the quote. Surprise, the water drainage is still a huge issue, and when I wrote to request that it be fixed, I received the email I attached. Dodging responsibility. The work quality is okay, but if you decide to use this company be VERY SURE to get everything IN WRITING. By the way, make sure your quote is all in (i.e. includes taxes)... my final invoice was almost $400 more than I agreed to because when Nadia said “I’ll do it for $4000” no one specified if that included taxes and fees, and the quote doesn’t say either.

We highly recommend DNS for any landscaping needs. Nadia is so knowledgeable as well as professional. Mona is fantastic working out the logistics and our project was completed in a timely manner with wonderful results. We will definitely have all of our future landscaping projects completed and planned with DNS.
