We cannot say enough good things about this company. Nadia is amazing. She worked on a retaining wall for our home and completed some stone edging and landscaping in our front yard that turned out beautifully. She is very knowledgeable and my favorite part about her is she takes the time to explain why she makes certain decisions and is always thinking about long term solutions. You can tell Nadia takes a lot of pride in her work. She came to our home to personally look over the job and make sure everything was done correctly. Her workers are also very polite and friendly. I highly recommend her for any job.

This review has to do with poor customer service and communication. I needed a retaining wall repaired and other landscaping done. I checked out the website and they had good reviews. I sent in a request for an estimate. I was contacted the next day by Mona, this was on a Friday. I called the following Monday and left a voicemail to call me back. Over the next 2 days I called several times and always left my number. After receiving no response I sent a text to Nadia which was an alternate number on the office recording. Nadia contacted me by text the next day, apologized for the lack of response and we scheduled a time for someone to come out and give me an estimate. The following Monday I received a voicemail from Mona letting me know she had been out of town the previous week and would I like to schedule an appointment. So apparently there is no one else in the office to cover the phones if she goes out of town. Also I guess her and Nadia do not communicate because she was not aware I already had an appointment. Also if she was back in the office she was still not answering the phone because I had to leave a voicemail letting her know I had already scheduled an appointment.
Come the day of our appointment I receive a call from Nadia that they can't find my address on GPS so I sent the address again. She text me back that they would be at my house in an hour. Great still within the 2 hour window that was scheduled. A few minutes later I received a text asking if we could reschedule for later in the afternoon. Apparently another client wanted to meet earlier and according to Nadia it was a bigger job. By bigger job I guess more important then mine. She wanted to move my appt later but I had plans already.
All this lack of communication and poor customer service were just to many red flags. If this is how it is before they even start the job, no thank you. I cancelled appt and decided to find some one else.

I'm very pleased with everything. I was extremely happy to have met with Nadia..and speaking with Mona. Nadia is extremely knowledgeable and I found it interesting to learn a lot from her. The landscapers did great work. I was pleased as well as the reasonableness of the quote, and the work ethics. I'll continue to refer you to any of my friends who request landscaping done. I look forward to future projects with DNS!

After being scammed by some other contractors ( took money and disappeared), abandoned by a big company (due to our project were too small for their appetite), disappointed by multiple landscaping companies ( who can only do simple jobs); I found DNS.

Nadia was very patient listening to our goal and contributing her professional expertise. I was excited to know that they can do ALL ASPECTS of landscaping, comprehensive and reasonable priced.

Nadia makes sure everything was done correctly, according to city code, highest quality, and worked with our schedule.

We even ran into some neighborhood haters trying to interfere our project, even threatened herself/her team. Instead of running away from others wrong doings to make her life easier; Nadia remained her calmness, went extra miles on our behalf, at the cost of her personal time and money, to prevent further delaying our project.

Our project was difficult in multiple aspects, plus we are very specific about the finishing quality. Nadia and team always there to make improvements for us. Their workers are kind, professional. Mona also did great job coordinating all parties.

After three years of research and frustration, I am blessed to have DNS finishing my landscaping project and treating us with the best care. Best wishes to DNS. You cannot go wrong with them neither!

Excellent work. The DNS team keeps my yard in Austin in great shape. They did the initial landscaping a couple of years ago (including a sprinkler system) and everything is still looking and running great.

Nadia and her team are absolutely amazing! They completed the project within the estimated timeframe, even though weather delayed them several days. Mona and Nadia communicated updates and delays via email, text and phone! I am so impressed with DNS that I plan on hiring them for 2 more projects this year and have already recommended them to neighbors and friends.

We had a significant amount of landscaping following the installation of a pool in our back yard.

What we had one:
-40 yards of soil
-3 additional sprinkler zones
-14 pallets of sod
-Drainage pipes/catch basins in three areas of our yard
-Flower beds, edging etc. etc.
-Build mini retaining wall and added decorative top/face tiles
-a host of other small items

They were timely in their work. Addressed our concerns when we brought them up. Solved complicated drainage issues in our yard.

Most importantly, when were were frustrated with a particular installation, Nadia walked through the yard with us and addressed or fixed the issue and left us feeling happy with the outcome. She's awesome. Call her for an estimate.

Nadia is extremely personable and she knows her trade. I was very pleased with the work done on my sprinkler system. My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood now. The stonework around the front garden by the house has received so many loving comments; I am super proud of their work. There were only two things I was displeased with: 1. The path built to my front door is barely any flagstone, mostly gravel and the gravel goes every where. It's a beast to maintain. 2. The weed barriers for that path and my garden are not commercial grade.

We have used Nadia and her team for 2 projects at our house once in 2021 and again in 2025. Nadia has always been easy to reach, she explains processes really well and has great recommendations. During consultations she is willing to work under our budgets and always asks for the intention of the projcets to make sure they are sustainable for the long run. Her workers start very promptly and treated the jobs very professionally and efficiently.

This was my first time using DNS Landscaping and they did a great job! The crew was prompt, polite, professional, respectful and hardworking. DNS reps did communicate well with me and was open to all if my questions and feedback. DNS completed the job within the one week it identified. This is our third time working with DNS Landscaping, and ALL three experiences have been absolutely positive. We have had a French drain and sidewalk built at our old home. This last project they just completed for us at our new place was a cleanup and leveling job. The team was incredible…working extremely hard during these hot summer days. Seeing familiar faces on the team is also refreshing. Says about the company and how it treats its people. Mona is awesome back at the office. She responds quickly and keeps us in the loop before, during and after the job is complete. Highly recommend

Nadia impressed us with her knowledge. We had three companies propose solution to our drainage problem. Nadia's proposal was spot on, her solution was in line an engineer's recommendations and did 100-year flood calculation. She built a french drain and reconstructed the drainage ditch to control the water flow (see my before and after photos). Came out after the rainfall to verify her work, too! She's just finished a large stone flowerbed and is in the process of trimming our oaks. I appreciate Nadia and DNS Landscaping very much, thanks to her guidance, my black thumbs are turning green!

Excellent value - outstanding customer service - I needed someone to inject a little “family” into the postage stamp backyard that came with our “just like every other house on the block” new build. We had a stone wall and sod. Two trees that the HOA mandated. I contacted a few landscaping companies but I only needed a small job and didn’t want to spend a ton on a yard we knew we’d be selling or renting in a year or so. I contacted DNS b/c I’d read good reviews. I figured I’d get another “sorry, too small of a job” reply. Nope. Nadia came out and talked with us about what we were hoping to achieve - I’ll add that our financial advisor was at the house who, in his spare time, happens to be a master gardener. After getting Nadia’s input and suggestions, his comment was “yep - she knows her stuff!” The estimate came in, with two different options; a cheaper option and a slightly more expensive option according to our request. We were right on target with what we had hoped for. The crew showed up as planned, (they’re not random - they’ve been with her from the beginning) and did an excellent job - Nadia was on site for a majority of the project; always working with her crew to make sure things were perfect. We threw a couple of curve balls at Nadia during the project and she was always willing and determined to make the project what *we* wanted and needed. She went out of her way to exceed our expectations and customize the project even when we decided “um, no...can we do this instead?” — the neighbors on either side of our yard demanded her contact info because they loved her work; when I shared the affordability with them they were even more impressed and one has already worked out an estimate with DNS. Give Nadia a call - she is forging a path in a male-dominated field, but rest assured, she has the knowledge and the drive to make your project everything you hoped for at a very reasonable price point.

This is our second landscaping project with DNS Landscaping. Nadia's team did such a wonderful job installing a French drain on our property a few years ago that we hired her again to do some softscaping in our front yard. The summer heat has been very harsh on our flower beds so her team laid black mulch all around the flower beds and remove old over grown shrubs and replaced them with new shrubs and flowers. Our flower beds have been brought back to life and now our yard is lush green and full of color again. We are very happy with the services we received and highly recommend DNS Landscaping.

We had some complicated drainage issues in our yard and driveway. We had several companies come out to give us their solutions and estimates. DNS provided us with a solution that made sense and was practical.

The work was scheduled and performed in a timely manner. There was a slight issue due to a damaged water line, but Nadia made sure that the damage was repaired in a timely manner. The crews cleaned up the sites when they were done and I am very happy with their work.

I waited to give my review until after I had a chance to see what it looked like after a heavier rain. The drainage improvements worked great! I would recommend DNS and will be reaching out to them in the future for additional improvements to my property.
