Unlike a lot of places that are hard to work with once you buy their product, we have always had prompt service with any questions or needs. Our service tech Eli, in particular has always answered our calls and responded immediately in a professional and friendly manner, and always ready to help. Has been a good experience so far.

Had an awesome experience implementing a whole house water softener with Leaf Water Systems. As a former happy customer elsewhere with the Leaf rain gutter system, I thought I would check them out. Having medical experience with water purification and softeners in the past, every question I had was provided answers no matter how technical. Of particular note is that they tested of our current water supply and how each aspect scored. For areas needing improved, answers and solutions were offered. Likewise, special pricing was made available in some of the charges, which substantially lowered the original price. The installation team was awesome and worked with us to determine location placement for the water softener in our garage and the installation of a RO/filtered tap on our sink. In the end, the water softening was very effective in greatly increasing the effectiveness soap in washing clothes, showers, and our dishes in the dishwasher. We even saw the elimination of spots on glasses and in sinks and shower areas. The RO water tastes so pure it has dramatically increased the quality and tastes in cooking, pure ice production in our freezer, and our morning brewed coffee. It is by far much better than high priced popular bottled water brands. On a final note, we even tried the RO water in our sleep machines and it was better than the water we were buying to fill them. Definitely recommend the team, and this system is the best we ever had and used. Thanks everyone for the great installation and quality systems.

Love this company and product! It’s a whole-house filtration and reverse osmosis system, so we don’t have to have a reservoir under the kitchen sink. Alejandro came out and explained everything to me and the price was great, too, and Joshua did the installation quickly and professionally. Great experience all around!

Reached out for some information and a free quote, and less than 24 hours later we have our water softener/filtration system fully installed.
A gentlemen named Alejandro came out to test our home water, and showed us how we had some extremely elevated chlorine and hardness levels. He explained the product very well, and how it works to correct those levels. They had multiple financing options available, which made it easier to seal the deal for us. The warranty also seemed very reassuring.
Our installation technician, Joshua, arrived a short while later and got to work. Another tech joined him, but I did not catch his name. They made sure to explain maintaining the system after the installation was completed, and how to switch it off when using the water for pets and plants. They left no mess.
Everyone was very kind and professional. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision. Now we can enjoy cleaner water throughout our home.

We recently purchased the home water filter system for whole house and also Reverse Osmosis system under sink for drinking water in our new brand house from Leaf Home water solution.
