Our installation was an absolute nightmare. The nightmare could have been avoided with just a little knowledge and counseling of the best location for install rather than a quick sale and run. The installers seem to all come from san antonio and ours ask to borrow my yard tools because he was in a hurry to finish before the cowboys game. Then 4 hours later he says he has to get on the road back to san antonio and leaves the pipes exposed and tells me he will leave some insulation so if i want the job finished I can do it myself. He left pipes not barried and a complete mess in my yard even lft the water meter lid laying in the yard. Wow what an unprofessional mess..... They acknowledged the poor workmanship and did not charge for the moving of the system and fixed the system.

I’ve had this whole house water softener system for two weeks and it works great. The differences are subtle, because the don’t scream out at you. But they are very noticeable in the water quality; the lack of chemical smell, the clarity, the lack of mineral deposits and the taste is great.

Friendly salesman and excellent installer. Helped me get the most for my money. Update, the system leaks every once in a while and I have no one to call. There is no sticker on the system with a support phone number available.

We have a home filtration system from Leaf, and our water is no long hard and poor tasting. The instillation was a few hours, and we noticed the difference instantly.

Salespeople were very nice but did not go over warranty or maintenance instructions. Installer was nice and explained most of the installation but had no knowledge about warranty. Over the process was good, everything seems to be working fine. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

For over a month and a half, I have been relentlessly harassed by Leaf Home Water Solutions, receiving at least two unsolicited calls every day. Despite blocking and reporting these calls as spam, the company persists, using different phone numbers to bypass these measures.

To be added to their so-called “no-call list,” they require me to call an 877 number. I categorically refuse to do so, as I have no intention of engaging with a company that demonstrates such blatant disregard for personal boundaries and employs aggressive telemarketing tactics. This behavior raises serious concerns about their trustworthiness and the quality of their services.

Let me be clear: I do not want to receive any more calls from Leaf Home Water Solutions. If this harassment continues, I will persist in posting reviews and raising awareness about these practices. While I won’t provide my phone number—given their untrustworthy conduct—I am one of the many individuals who has endured this incessant harassment.

Stop calling me immediately.

Setting up my first annual service. Called that national line for service and asked what is the local number for Service, Giving me the runaround about they do not have a local phone number and that they will contact me. The operator was eager to take my $398 for my service even though the company hasn’t done nothing except push my call to someone else. If I would have known that the cost of service was this high plus the headaches of just getting an appointment for Service, I would’ve gone to another company.

Started off strong. I live on a well and everything was an improvement to what we had. A year later, I can’t get anyone locally to provide service or look at the issues I’m having. Direct contact doesn’t respond. Office sends me to support, no one calls back. No yearly inspection. Wondering what I spent money on.

Alejandro did a great job explaining all of our options and answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend!!!

I’m looking for a water system for my home. It’s over 3000 square footage..
Every time that I read your reviews and it can be for this company and any other company,, The worst part of it,,,it never fails. The customer service after everything is installed.,,, IT’S TERRIBLE!!! 😕. These poor people that have already paid you off,, And they need you to come back and fix things or just maintenance,, It’s terrible!!! 🧐What the heck is wrong with you people get your head together and work right? 🙄🙄
How do you build up your business if you have such terrible ratings for your Customer service?… It’s like I have the money I’m done. The rest does not matter.

If this is such a need for us and you are putting it out there as your business, I don’t understand why you don’t put your hundred percent to the end of it all!!!! 🙄🙄

UPDATE: we are 2 months in and they are still NOT taking care of our system. We have met wtih multiple people and all of them have made promises - and DONE NOTHING! So frustrating. MOVE ON!! I would NOT use them. Very aggressive in the sales process with a very high pressure tactics. Sales told us the system would be set up on the west side of the house and we would run an extension cord across the driveway. We found this to be unacceptable and had our contractor come by and put in an outlet. When operations arrived, they stated it would not be possible to install there, and put it on the opposite side of the house. We now have an extension cord in our flower beds and yard, a draining pipe across our walkway and a cord hanging from a fence post. It looks cheap and unprofessional. We have called and texted and tried to communicate with them. Everyone says this is just the way it is! I had a water softner for 10 years, and it looked NOTHING like this mess.

Alejandro Garcia was amazing to work with. He made the whole process fast and easy and explained everything clearly about the water system. He’s a great salesperson, professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Fast service and great at what they do . The seller, Alejandro was great and helped us understand everything at a very fast pace and explained everything to get us ready for our installation the very next day and answered all our questions super friendly and very informative . The plumber or installer Josue, was super friendly and got things done very nicely, he answered all our questions explained everything we needed to know and did an excellent job he’s a Pro !
