I can’t believe that I have now been without hot water for 12 days and legend plumbing can’t replace one part on their tank after this long! Hey guys, why don’t you try boiling hot water for your children and yourself so that you could take a bath in winter. If I was the owner of this house and not just renting, I would never use legend plumbing. This is completely unacceptable. Not to mention that they don’t answer their phone ever and they don’t return phone calls. Worst plumbing company in San Antonio.

This matched everything I'd read online and they were prepared to complete the installation with real plumbing parts. Knowledgeable and professional.
