Tonya is extremely rude and does not have the ability to clearly articulate why a different representative would give me differing information. If a service is not available on a weekend, offer to reschedule instead of offering a more expensive service. I am very disappointed as I am have been using Tiger services for years. Someone needs to give Tonya a hug. I hope she resolves whatever she’s got going on in her personal life.

Tiger has gone a long way. As a long time customer I'm pretty disappointed in where the company runs today. I'm real big on customer service and quite frankly things haven't been right. I can't say I've ever been hung up on when talking to a company over the phone till about now. I don't feel there is any regard for customers here.

Tiger Services recently installed a new heat A/C system in my home. The old unit was 24yrs old. It died in mid August, they completed the job in 48hrs. They did a quality install in a very timely manner. The new system cools very well. Very happy with their work and would recommend them.

Edwin from Tiger Services was fantastic! Easy to speak with, easy to understand the services he performed and clear on what should consider at my option. I liked that I can (and did) purchase A/C filters from Edwin - at a great price! That’s a huge convenience.

This is now the fourth consecutive time that Tiger has scheduled a time to come out to fix something and then told me that they couldn't make it that day. It's very frustrating when I take the day off from work that they said they will be there only to have them cancel on me. I understand that sometimes there are complications and delays. And I try to be understanding about that sort of stuff. But this shouldn't be happening four times in a row. That's just incompetence. When Tiger actually gets around to doing the work, I have generally found that they do a good job (hence why this review is 2 stars instead of 1). But I wish they would be better about telling me when they are going to do it and make a commitment to actually keep their appointments.

I signed up for the biannual maintenance program. I had Adrian come by to handle this much overdue service. I had some random questions and he answered everything without making me feel like I was asking dumb questions. He also encouraged and explained some cost effective, user level maintenance and improvements. That made me respect him and his services even more. I was nervous about being swindled (past experiences, not from Tiger) and he made all of that go away with his approach. I was SO thankful for that. I find this to be such a great business model and Adrian was great in representing his character as well as that of the company. I will continue to stay with Tiger because of this. Thank you!
