I hired "1Affordable Backflow Testing and Plumbing Services" to locate a water leak, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They marked the leak under the concrete at the corner of my driveway, but after digging exactly where they indicated, nothing was there. The actual leak was found about seven feet away from their original location.

For a company that advertises advanced equipment and claims to be experts, this level of inaccuracy is unacceptable. When I questioned the mistake, I received excuses instead of accountability.

I was charged $850 for leak detection and $1,737 for the repair. With the incorrect pinpointing and unnecessary concrete work, it feels like I paid for avoidable mistakes rather than professional service.

This was a costly, frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to think carefully before hiring this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

I had the best experience with Adam. I have never met anyone in this profession that was so polite so willing to do whatever it took to finish. The job in his work was absolutely perfect. The quality of his work was a 10 out of 10 same with his attitude I would highly recommend. He ran a gas line for our pool heater!

We’ve never had so many issues with plumbing and Adam did a great job at finding all the breaks and discovering the below grade plumbing the builders installed.
