Was client of previous co. Received immediate response follow up and quote. The 3 technicians were very knowledgeable very quite very neatclean and friendly. Explained everything and solved installation problems. Fine young men and will request them should have further needs. Cost was a very large pill to swallow when on S S.

Chris offered additional insight and gave us above and beyond what we had expected. Installed replacement shower heads and faucets PLUS found ways to enhance the water pressure!! Very happy with him and Blue Ribbon for the service!!

Haiden Clerk arrived location as aspected. He's courtesy and hard worker. After I explained what I need him to do and he gets to work quickly and give me time frame he will need to get the job done. After he finished the job, he also shows me the pictures of air duct condition on the attic, and quoted me estimate to rebuild the duct to avoid the dust and debris falling down from the ceiling. That would be my next project for sure. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Absolutely amazing! If I could give Blue Ribbon six stars I would. A little background, I'm stationed overseas and I had busted a pipe in my house which is currently unoccupied. Long story short got the water shut off and cleaned up. Dry wall cut out to expose busted pipe/let everything dry out. Noah showed up and did his assessment. He tried to get a hold of me but due to the time difference it was the middle of the night here. He was so worried that everything would be put back together and water turned on (which would cause more damage) before he could get a hold of me that he went ahead and repaired the pipe. He cared enough about me, someone who he has never met just his fellow man, that he did a job with no card on file or any of that other stuff. If that is not above and beyond customer service I don't know what is. I cannot thank yall enough! God bless!

Got the dreaded "excessive water usage" message from SAWS and called a plumber that Reddit recommended... Didn't expect Blue Ribbon to show up (not who we called), but I am SO GLAD they did!
Excellent service, clear communication, and a lot of hard work trying to solve our problem in the fastest, most inexpensive way. They did fantastic work, and so when it turned out MY cost-saving decision meant that it turned out more work was needed, they came right back out and solved the problem for real (and very politely didn't even imply 'I told you so' which I would have deserved!). Very happy with the work!

Blue Ribbon bought my HVAC guys’ business, and they made the transition very seamless! Extremely professional, sent someone over just a few hours after calling, and Haiden our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Of course nobody wants to dish out money to fix their AC, but they had different options for different budgets which was very nice. We’re very happy with their service!

Matthew Long and Blue Ribbon helped me when my water heater died and I was frustrated in not having a hot shower for 3 days. They were willing to drive to the Home Depot in Georgetown to pick up the water heater I wanted, when it would take 2 days if it were shipped to my home, and they coordinated the service of an electrician to do his part in the installation. I'm very happy with their service and patience with my many questions. I highly recommend them!

UPDATE: I contacted a different company to help and they quoted me close to $2K to fix, what I believed, were minor issues. Once I received the quote, I went back to Blue Ribbon to see if they could help. They sent a phenomenal professional, Patti, who gave us options on repairing the issues. She repaired the issues at a much reasonable price. Patti was very real, kind, and extremely helpful. I've updated the rating to 4-star (Patti deserves a 5-star!) after the follow up.

Original Post: I put in a request for plumbing help through Angi's list. Blue Ribbon contacted me immediately by text, asked a bunch of questions, asked for my address so they can schedule an appt. They never got me an appt. I called, someone said they would call dispatch. No one ever called me back. I contacted them to follow up, no one answered, completely ghosted me. I got hyped up for nothing because they led me to believe they would take care of my issue. Instead, they left me hanging and ghosted me, never to follow up and let me know what was going on.

Just estimate of replacements of kitchen sink and faucet, he looked detailed connections and gave me prices. Even he came from long distance, he did not upset about my not right away decision. I have to think twice. Thanks him his time and kindness

Noah from Blue Ribbon did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue with my drain pipe for my washing machine. He repaired the drain pipe in a very timely manner and the cost was very reasonable for the service. He was also very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him and Blue Ribbon for your plumbing needs. They also provide other services as well.
