This company is amazing! I spoke with Alfredo first thing this morning and he was out by 1 PM this afternoon. His work ethic and his attention to detail is top-notch. I wish I had known about this company earlier so that I could've had them do the other repairs that I needed they will be my go to plumbing professional moving forward. Chris Pelayo provided 5 star service! Chris was extremely courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He cheerfully answered questions and never expressed any frustration as I continually asked him "what's that" or "why are you doing that"? I appreciated the friendly, and professional demeanor Mr. Pelayo displayed throughout his visit. Mr. Pelayo is a solid performer and an excellent representative of Blue Ribbon Plumbing.

Rufino came to install the new air conditioner . Once again we received a text with his picture. Still a nice security measure. He was courteous, quiet, and a very hard worker. Rufino was very respectful of our home and predicament. They worked straight through until finishing around 4:30. Shortly after Rufino left the unit stopped cooling and the temperature in the house rapidly rose to 80°. We immediately tried to catch him but were unsuccessful due to AI answering service. Rufino came all the way back from New Braunfels after 7pm to rectify the issue. He gave us his personal cell number to followup after he left near 8pm. Temperature issues continued and Rufino returned the following day and exchanged the thermostat and it seems much better. Rufino also assisted us in receiving invoices that we had not been able to obtain. Rufino is a true asset to Blue Ribbon. His hard work and stellar customer service made the situation much more bearable.

Blue Ribbon was very responsive, communicated clearly and was right on time for the scheduled work. A supervisor gave us a comprehensive bid with several options for us to consider. He was thorough and explained all our options thoroughly. They performed the work for us and were efficient and did an awesome job of cleaning up. Haiden did a great job. He help me with filling out the rebate forms for CPS Energy and explained it very well. He checked the installation of the furnace & discovered that there is something that is not up to code compliance so he is going to get that set up so that the city inspector can come out & check it & once that is done then I can file for my rebate.
