We had a plumbing emergency after someone had a vehicle accident and completely damaged the plumbing on our side of the main meter at the road. Our business requires for health and safety purposes that we have water. 1-800-Plumbing and Air were very quick to respond and had their General Manager out within 30 minutes of me calling. They worked quickly and efficiently getting water restored to our location. The next day, the general manager stopped by to double check that everything was working as expected. As the business owner I was very appreciative and impressed by their service. I would highly recommend this company and will give them a call when another plumbing crisis occurs.

Daniel, one of the owners came out and installed an RO system. He was fantastic, thorough, and great customer service with fair pricing. Daniel was also great and patient with my son, since he was wanting to be in Daniel's space wanting to know what was going on "no i did not allow my son to be in his space, but Daniel was super understanding". I have struggled to find someone I am comfortable with entering my home and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from here on out. I am a veteran and I highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

They communicated who was going to show up, when they were, and once they were heading over. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Great service and experience from company concerning plumbing issues. The plumber was very knowledgeable and was able to identify why faucet running water stopped. They were able to resolve the faucet issue in bathroom the same day. I will highly recommend this company to friends and family.

5 stars! My pipes were singing the blues, but these guys turned it into a smooth jazz solo. I needed some pipes rerouted to finish putting up some sheetrock. Fast, friendly, and fixed the problem without breaking the bank (or anything else). They even tolerated my "helpful" commentary. Would definitely recommend!

Great family business! Adrian and Justin were professional and gave me a very fair price. They were very respectful about my time. They installed my water heater and were out within two hours. Will definitely use them again. During these times, it’s good to know people you can trust.

Every time that we flushed the toilet in our downstairs bathroom, the floor would get wet!! We were So Worried about the possibility of having to Buy a New Toilet, hiring someone to Replace the Toilet, the possibility of the water seeping into the floor and causing Mold or Mildew, or even having to Replace the Floor!!! Thank goodness that we contacted 1-800-Plumber + Air because it took them under One Minute to figure out what the problem with our toilet was!!! They opened up the top of the toilet and showed me that the problem was a simple hose which had been disconnected from the place where it should have been connected, and it was pointed out of the top of the toilet toward the back of the toilet which resulted water flowing out on to the floor each time that the toilet was flushed!!! They trimmed the end of the hose, reattached it and Did Not Charge Me ONE PENNY for the service!!! They also advised me about the hard water that we have in this region and the possibilities in the future regarding my toilet!!

1-800-Plumber + Air were like Superheroes (like the Super Mario Brothers) who calmed my nerves about my toilet problem! They provided Excellent, Courteous, Professional Service and I Highly Recommend Them!!!

I couldn't figure out how to leave a review online but I wanted to make sure I spread the word about how awesome my technician was! He was early, he was knowledgeable, fast and efficient! He cleaned up when he was finished. I will most definitely be asking for him for any other plumbing projects I have in the future!

Dan came out and inspected my gas line and identified the source of the leak. It was such an easy fix that he tightened the fitting and didn’t even charge me for the repair. I was impressed with his expertise and was grateful for his advice on plumbing work I hope to do in the future. I definitely recommend 1-800-Plumber +Air!

prior to having 1-800 plumber and air come by, i had already had two other companies come take a look at my ac drain. one charging me almost $400 and still not solving the problem. i decided to hire 1-800 plumber and air after someone from my neighborhood recommended them abraham was super nice, quick, and explained what was going on without going too into the weeds because obvs i’m just a girl and i’m not a plumber or hvac technician. i will definitely be using them for my ac and plumbing needs in the future.

Problem: ince maker tubing leak in wall. Came when scheduled. Daniel was very thorough checking water damage. Estimate given was fair. Work was done promptly. Technicians were courteous, polite and professional. They cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend 1-800-plumber.

Jerry came out to give me an estimate. He was professional, on time, and answered my questions patiently. Soon after, I had estimates from other companies. 1-800-Plumbers was very reasonable in pricing compared to the others. Though I didn’t end up using them for my project, I will definitely be calling them when I do need a plumber based on the service and pricing I was given.

I've had several jobs done by 1-800-Plumber +Air and, after many years of different jobs done by different plumbing groups, I can confidently and happily say that I think I've found one that will be my go to for the future. It's never a hassle scheduling with them, they always arrive within the window they quote, repairs are prompt and reliable, and the technician I've had come out (Joe) has always explained things thoroughly in ways that are easy to understand. I honestly love this service and hope to work with them many times going on. 10/10 would recommend!

I was having an issue with my tub draining correctly and was afraid I might have a busted pipe. Daniel, a master plumber, was recommended to me by a friend who said he was the best. I am so happy I followed her recommendation. Daniel is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, used his camera to check for a blockage, explained everything he was doing, and completed the job in a timely manner. Daniel is now a trusted member of my home care team. Like my friend, I highly recommend him.

I hired them to install a new 1-in water line from the main to the house for which I gave them a 5 star review even though there were minor issues such as putting an abnormal bend in the line instead of using a 90 degree elbow. I hired them for a much larger project that included plumbing a new kitchen, laundry room, gas water heater, and changing the plumbing in a bathroom. It was a nightmare! The new drain lines had several leaks that had to be replaced before it could pass inspection. They drilled huge holes in the framing much larger than allowed by code even though I bought lumber to increase the wall depth to avoid this. Ironically they had to step over the stack of 2x3s to get into the room. Getting them to finish was difficult because they had 2 out of the 3 plumbers besides the owner quit. After completing the project, I tried contacting them several times and left messages requesting they put a gas pressure gauge in that is necessary to pass final inspection. They never responded. The owner doesn't do any of the actual work and didn't seem to have any control of the quality of his employees work. Not a good company. Cheap but not worth the price.

They came to replace my water heater with a new one, and they ended up installing a damaged one with a very big dent on the side. I called them and they said it came that away from the manufacturer and they won't replace them, so I asked why is that my issue when I'm paying for a brand new undamaged unit. I think it was very sneaky to just install a damaged unit and not inform us. They charged us for a new unit at full price. They don't want to take any accountability. That is why I'm writing this review to warn everyone about the deceptive way they operate
