We had a PRV replaced last year with a different company and were charged $1025.00 and we were told the Part had a 2 Year warranty.After it failed on Monday we called that Company and were told it was out of warranty and a replacement would be $1350.I went on Yelp and searched for a new Plumber and Barbara with 1800 Plumber was outstanding and her Customer Service is excellent! She dispatched technician Adrian Maciel and we could not ask for a better tech.Adrian was very professional and did a fantastic job.He communicated well during the process and left the area spot clean.Would give this company a 10 Star!

Finally, a new company that isn't trying to break the bank. These guys have value added service and comfortable to talk to. They sent someone out and they gave me an estimate right then and there. Being able to have someone here with their van stocked and ready and they finish my job in a timely manner is something unheard of. .

Our family business is in insurance and 1-800 plumber is the only company we feel comfortable recommending. The owners and staff are phenomenal & professional, plus the fact that they know so much about the insurance claims process makes them such a unique company. We have only had great experiences with them and you can expect the same when you are in need of their services.

We had considered a project that involved replacing the shower valve in our spare bathroom so we requested someone out for a free quote. If I recall correctly, the plumber was named Jose and I explained the project. He explained what would be needed and provided the estimate for the cost and the time it would take. He also suggested a less expensive alternative. We ended up going with the less costly suggestion. It is evident this company looks out for the customer and more importantly, they can be trusted. I will not hesitate to contact this company in the future for any assistance.

Used them once with no issues. They came back for the very same repair (6" from the original) and the price was 35% higher after only 5 months. As I thought it was high the first time, I rejected it and got another plumber who saved me half of their original quote. The job took an hour and these guys estimated 3-5 hours. I know each plumber is different but this was starting to feel like they were taking advantage of me. I asked for an hourly rate (spreading the risk between us) and he wouldn't go below $650 and the parts were $60.
