Mike and Travis did an outstanding job they had issues but didn’t give up finally were able to unclogged the sewer line run the camera to make sure line was clear

Always appreciate the customer service at Roadrunner Plumbing and Air. We have had our air conditioner replaced, a steamer for our shower replaced, our water softener fixed, and various other leaks taken care of. We’ve had an adventure with our HVAC and Chris and Robert Mendoza are always quick to respond and take the time to listen to us and educate. Such a relief to be a member.

Needed a new sink and disposal, the technicians were very polite and professional and the Install was very clean leaving us very satisfied. We will definitely be using Roadrunner Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Had a problem in the evening with a garbage disposal unit installed 3 months ago by Roadrunner. Called the company and they sent Angel Vasquez, who arrived after 9:00 PM. He immediately realized the cause and was able to complete the repair in 20 minutes, including clean up. Great to work with a company that stands behind its work.

Mike at Roadrunner was so professional, kind, and informative. He did a great jibe of figuring out what was wrong with my pump. The young lady who answers the phone is also very professional and kind. You can hear the smile on her face as you speak with her. Thank you Roadrunner for your professionalism.

We have used Road Runner Plumbing several times. They replaced my pressure-reducing valve, water softener, they found a small water leak outside my house and water heater. They actually found out the the water heater was still under warranty and helped save money.
This time around we needed to replace our fixtures in the master bedroom. I had a few questions and the owner Chris stopped by and answered all of my questions and concerns. They have fair prices, knowledgeable technicians and they kept me updated on status of what was done. At the end of the day I have peace of mind that the job was done right. highly recommend!

We needed a plumber on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to find Roadrunner available 24/7. It was also a surprise that no extra charge for weekend. Mike and his assistant (regrettably, don’t remember name). They were awesome. They fixed our plumbing issue quickly. We have had a problem with this one toilet since building home 7 years ago. Found the line had a sharp bend which slowed the flow. They provided great insight into a pressure type toilet. We ordered the toilet from Roadrunner and they installed it two days later. The new toilet is great. Mike and his assistant were friendly, caring and expert. They taught us a lot about plumbing. Our little poodles loved them too. Thank you

The Roadrunner guys went above and beyond today in laying a new outside water supply due to a leak from roots. They do whatever it takes. We are very grateful!

I’m a huge fan of Roadrunner Plumbing. I’ve had several different projects and they are great. Extremely honest, timely, trustworthy. Highly recommend.

They showed up at the stated time. After they checked the leak, they informed me I could turn the water back on and to call a lawn irrigation company to make the necessary repairs. No charge for the service.

I was very happy with the work done by Angel and Daniel. They did a great job installing a water heater.

The only thing I’d say is this company is very expensive, so I would recommend getting multiple quotes.

In the midst of an emergency leak, I was so kindly met with reassurance and an after hours visit from Mike and Trevor who were so efficient and helpful. They solved my problem and gave me options on next steps. No pressure, just considerate support. I’m so grateful to Kathy at Roadrunner for going into action to help. I called Roadrunner Plumbing Company for a broken pipe and in less than 2 hours the technician, Angel, was at my house to estimate rhe job. He could not start the job because was already dark. The next following day at 9 am he came and in a few hours the pipe was replaced. Angel is professional, knows his job and does the job fast. Thank you Angel!

Roadrunner plumbing was outstanding! We needed a same day repair and they were able get their technicians to us within a very short period of time. Frank and Diego did an excellent job fixing two of our toilets after we had new flooring installed. They went over the options for repair and helped us select the best one.
