AJ and Justin were great—professional, and easy to talk to. They did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. Their primary concern was providing the best service they could and were not trying to upsell. Our kitchen sink was no longer draining properly, and the damage was much more extensive than we anticipated. AJ walked us through everything and showed exactly what was happening with the plumbing in our very old house and what was causing it. They offered different price points based on the extent of services and the option for financing as well. I highly recommend this wonderful team.

We had 2 leaky facets and our water softening system was out. Adrian came with his helper Jeremy and did an excellent job. Adrian was really good at explaining what needed to be done and went over and beyond to do an excellent job. The guys worked late to get the job done efficiently and cleaned up after they completed the job. I’ve had other plumbers over and was never satisfied with their service. I have finally found a great team of plumbers with Simple Service and having Adrian as our plumber.

Simple Service is an excellent company that I would highly recommend. I was able to email the company with my issue and they promptly responded. AJ and his crew arrived on time and swiftly locate the leak. He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. They completed the job in no time and even cleaned up their work area. It was overall a good experience.

I’ve had bad experiences with those big names in town…so after reading some real reviews, I called Simple Service on a Wednesday evening desperate for hot water since our water heater seemed to not be working. AJ came the very next day and did a thorough diagnostic and even involved me in the process where I was curious. I was shown how our heating elements were not only unrecognizably corroded but had exploded inside the system and they were not able to be removed. Not only were we educated on the issue but also with the solutions provided. We were given detailed solutions with payment plans and warranty options.

Because of the fabulous service and attention we were provided we were even open to discussing adding a water softener/conditioning system to our home. AJ became a friend in the 2 days we had him in our home and we are so glad we had a knowledgeable,honest and friendly repairman who didn’t pressure us or make us feel like we had only one option. When I look at reviews I try to find the ones that are honest and true and I hope if you need any help in your home you call the guys at Simple Service! Not even 24 hours later we have not only hot water, but better water with our softener/conditioning system.

AJ also came by a few days later to help us assess our sink disposal that has been dead for months. He found the issue and rejuvenated it and it’s back to working like new! Always a good day when you don’t need to buy a new appliance.

I had my service done today by AJ & Jeremy, they went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my drains and how better maintenance them. They were very knowledgeable of their work. It was a pleasure having them in our home, they cleaned up after themselves when they were done even after telling them I didn’t mind doing it, they were so kind I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in the future!

Had a serious issue with our water heater in the attic. Reached out to 3 different companies on Mother's Day. All 3 responded, but Simple Service answered me quickly and set up a visit.

AJ showed up and did a thorough run through of the entire house and explained everything that he was doing. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to work with me.

The installation was quick and efficient, AJ did a great job and made the experience worth the while. I highly recommended them if you are need of professional organization.

If I could give this company & AJ, a 100, I would. They came by last minute to help Ms out when I was at my wits end. They tried their level best to locate my leak & when they couldn't, they left me in a much better position. He educated me on what I would need to do until the repair could happen. He turned off everything that could be causing the problem & all for a very fair price. I won't post the actual price, but lets just say it wasn't even $50.00 & again this is service on a SUNDAY last minute. THAT should speak volumes. Some of the more well known companies were talking well over $200.00, so do what you will with that.

I wanted to send a BIG "thank you"!!! They helped me carry my water inside, didn't judge my extra messy home (long story) & I just cannot suggest them enough. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They gentlemen I dealt with were honest, VERY hard working & kind. I could not ask for a better experience in a terribly frustrating situation.

The guys at simple service were great, fast and efficient! Came to our home same day we called for a AC leak, which caused damage to our bedroom ceiling. They immediately worked on finding the source of the problem and started work on AC insulation repairs. Jerel was so nice and really seemed to go above and beyond on a professional and personal level. You could tell he wanted to make sure our home was taken care and we appreciated everything!

We recently inquired about adding new gas connections for our new home. Simple Service quickly responded to the request. They sent AJ for an estimate and he gave us a detailed breakdown of the work needed and various options. I found AJ very responsive and highly professional. Once we approved the work, he was out next day on a Saturday to complete the work! I was impressed with his quality of work and willingness to answer all of our questions. This was a great experience for us. I plan to contact Simple Service for future work.

AJ at Simple Service was amazing! We thought all we needed was to get the shower faucets replaced, but it ended up being so much more. He was so kind and walked us through the process and stayed until all services were repaired and restored! So nice and got the job done to perfection! Aj is very kind and very respectful to his clients as well as their homes. He was great at explaining the urgency of the mandatory things as well as letting know the things that can wait for a bit. Jeremy came out to take a look at our whole house drain issue. He was professional, courteous and completely transparent. He investigated our situation thoroughly and gave us many options to consider. He resolved our issue within our budget and was able to provide us advice and recommendation for follow-up investigation. We were completely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend.

Simple Service absolutely saved the day! Jerel and Tristan came out for same-day service, thoroughly explained their inspection, findings and plan of action. They provided me with options to best fit my budget, and got straight to work. They also had to tag team, having AJ and T2 come out later in the evening to complete the process, while ensuring it wouldn't be an inconvenience. The entire team was absolutely professional and so friendly, keeping me updated through the entire process. I can't thank y'all enough!!!

Aj mares and his partner came to help with locating a leak in the house and they were more than helpful! They were so considered and patient and literally answered every single question! Thanks to their expertise, Tristan and Jerel, were able to identify an issue with my water heater and get it replaced promptly with ease! Ainsley was phenomenal in ensuring that everything ran smoothly and was consistently checking in with me! I was so pleased with their service we used them for my mom's house as well!
