They took the time to explain everything, worked carefully, and made sure everything looked and worked perfectly before they left. Henry from the Problem Solvers was fantastic. He did solve my problem quickly and expertly. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and expertise, and he was very clear in his communication and explanations. Called PS and they scheduled a HVCA tech to do a system check-up b4 we get bad weather. Basically routine maintenance. They scheduled us for the following day. Received a heads up when tech was on his way, 30 minutes out. Our tech Ray was wonderful. On time pleasant and he answered all our questions in layman's terms. Eliminating any confusion. We have never been disappointed with anyone that PS has sent out to us. They do about anything a homeowner may need done. Plumbing, electrical, sewer, etc. We trust this company completely and value the integrity of the owners & their staff and the tech. Thank you Dylan and thanks to your team.

Power Restored When No One Else Would Help!

I can't say enough good things about Henry . When a high voltage pole issue knocked out power to 9 buildings and the city refused to get involved, he stepped in without hesitation. He handled everything quickly, safely, and professionally — and at a price that was more than fair.

Thanks to his expertise and fast response, dozens of residents had power restored in no time. It's rare to find someone this reliable and skilled, especially for such a complex job. We’re beyond grateful and highly recommend Henry for any work, big or small!

The problem solver team came out the same day I called and examined the issue with my ac. It was determined there were a lot of issues that we could bandaid or replace the whole unit. We decided to go with a new unit we were presented with multiple options depending on budget. They came the next day and installed. We were kept in the loop the whole way through. All workers were kind and courteous, they went above and beyond. Will definitely be using them in the future. They do HVAC, plumbing and a few other things so they are pretty much a one stop shop!

I hired Problems Solvers to help move a junction box to create power for a vanity light. They were at my home with an hour of hiring them and they came so professional and prepared. They worked around my schedule and got the done job in under 2 hours. Efren cleaned up the dust and debris and left the area cleaner than when before he arrived. Really appreciate the quickness , cleanliness and friendliness!

Efren and assistant did an amazing job and very personable. Older house with many many electrical issues from a bad central Ac/heat installation, taking a whole day but managed to get it all repaired. Excellent work by the installation crew. They were very helpful and patient in explaining the indoor ac/heat unit installation and how best to operate the new thermostat.
Dylan was very helpful in explaining options and flex payment plans as well

Technician neat and clean. Took care in cleaning up area after repair. Offered veterans discount. Could not determine if repair cost was reasonable as no company would give estimates for comparison.
Company was unable to meet first scheduled appointment had to reschedule.
Communication with company was excellent.

I had an excellent experience with The Problem Solvers during some major plumbing work in my primary bathroom. Jeremy (Field Supervisor) and Cody (Lead Technician) were truly exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in explaining the issues and the different options available to fix them. They took the time to show me what was going on and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.

They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, even correcting careless mistakes left behind by another company from a recent water heater installation. Ruben (Technician) was also great to work with and clearly part of a strong, professional team.

Jeremy and Cody, in particular, stood out for their communication, integrity, and commitment to doing the job right. I highly recommend The Problem Solvers and would not hesitate to call them again.

The team from Problem Solvers saved the day. My hot water heater needed to be replaced and they were able give a reasonable estimate and was able to perform the replacement the same day. The new installation was a much cleaner installation than the original installation. There was definitely pride in workmanship in this installation!

Proud Pops representatives were quick to respond and get someone to my house to check a problem over the weekend. My yard was completely flooded and I was out of town, so my parents had to be there. The tech was courteous and explained the problem which turned out to be my sprinkler system. I appreciate their professionalism, communication, and quick response.

I contacted Proud Pops for a service visit and unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. The technician who came out seemed somewhat aggravated and gave the impression that he did not really want to be on-site. During the visit, he asked several questions that felt unrelated to the work that needed to be done and became somewhat personal, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

While he may very well be a nice person, the overall attitude and level of professionalism during the visit made it difficult for me to feel confident moving forward with this company. It also felt like the distance to our location may have been an issue for him.

In the end, the technician’s attitude and approach were the deciding factors in choosing not to proceed with Proud Pops for the work. Also, the quote provided by Proud Pops was the most expensive one.

These guys came on a Saturday to install our new central a/c unit where they kept us informed where they were before they arrived. They were very courteous and extremely professional. They kept us informed during the process and they did the best cleanup when complete of any service person I have ever had in the house. They did a great job on the unit and took great care to do it correctly. I would recommend these guys anytime.

The Problem Solvers are an excellent company that value quality and honest work. From a new Army family who will undoubtedly experience lots of uncertainty, I’m relieved that my HVAC, plumbing, etc. is not something I will have to worry about because of The Problem Solvers. We just had our air ducts fixed by them after a botched installation and they did an amazing job. The crew that did the work were thorough and I’m impressed with the level of care and respect I received. I would highly recommend making them a tool in your tool belt.

John Michael Murray was so helpful in getting us set up for attic duct replacement. The three installers were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner - those guys worked hard!! They were very friendly and they were very sweet to our dogs and cats!

Great experience from the person I spoke with when I called to the tech who came out. Henry was right on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He was able to do the necessary work the same day. He didn’t try to oversell but made sure the installation of the breakers is what i needed. He took the time to explain why I was having the issue and quickly resolved it! I had bad breakers that needed replacing.

We have been using The Problem Solvers for over a year now. I am very pleased with their response times and their communication! Gio, Noel, Gonzalo, and Tyler were amazing!! They replaced our AC unit and did it in a timely manner. I am satisfied and will be calling them for future needs!
