The problem solvers has the worse service I’ve ever had at my home. They say they come out to do a free estimate but add it into your total. They charged me $318 for less than 30 minutes. The service tech came over and checked one outlet with his tools, stood around and talked (buying time) and left. He was being smart when I asked him to let me see on his iPad what I was signing. He said he’s a Christian and he world not cheat me. That had nothing to do with me verifying a charge. Do not call them unless you want to be over charged.

Was looking for HVAC service since my heat element wasn’t working during this cold weekend and many of my co-workers recommended this company for their thorough service and reasonable pricing. Ray B did an awesome job! Very thorough on the issue and what was done. Thank you Ray and thanks to The Problem Solvers for having you!

Henry installed 2 ceiling fans into my home this past week, and I had a great experience! He was respectful of my home and dog the entire time. He was also human and engaging as well. I was referred to the Problem Solvers thru Home Depot’s refer a pro program, and I’m so pleased with who they recommended.

I was charged $295 initially and then an additional $500 for an exterior leak near the meter, bringing the total to $800.

My main concern is not just the cost, but the lack of transparency. I was later told that the plumber had to drive approximately 1.5 hours to obtain parts, and that time appeared to be included in the final charge. This was not clearly communicated or discussed with me beforehand.

I believe customers should be informed upfront if extended travel time or parts retrieval will significantly impact the total cost. Clear pricing expectations are important, and I did not feel that was handled well in this case.

I was referred to this company and expected better communication regarding billing practices.

My experience working with The Problem Solvers was great. Brandon and his team were very professional and helpful from the beginning. They coached me through different options and scenarios helping me understand the pros and cons of each. I never felt pushed into anything. Instead it felt very consultative. I ended up going with a Halo 5 whole home filtration system which has been amazing. They made the installation super easy and did a very clean job. I’d use them again and again and recommend them any day.

I only left them 5 stars because there was no option for 6!

Our very old water heater finally broke down and we called Problem Solvers. Dylan came out and assessed everything and explained our options and we were able to get a new unit installed the same day! The service was great and we'll definitely use them for our future household repairs.

I had multiple projects that I planned on taking care of in segments, but after sitting down with Anthony, multiple times, we were able to complete them in a timely manner, and within affordability. Anthony reached out to multiple team members and leadership, which produced a cost-effective, time-efficient, and creative product that I’m very grateful for. Trust me when I say you won’t find better pricing anywhere, the amount I’ve been able to save from making this company my main parts dealer is unreal. Not many parts houses will come in on a Sunday to make sure you have what you need. Great team of guys that take care of business and will give you unmatched customer service.
