Nicholas did a great job of explaining what’s going on and what needs to be done. Fortunately, we’re renters so the repairs are out of our hands, but Nicholas did a great job running me through everything and spelling out the process. I’ll definitely be using their services when we get our own place in the future.

If I could have given this place 10 stars I would have. Extremely friendly office staff, and an efficient and professional, kind plumber. My plumber was quick, explained the process, showed me the work, and ensured I was satisfied before he left. I’ve had to use plumbers in the past and was so worried that it would take a huge chunk of money and I did not experience that with this business. The cost of my service was much less than anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, for great customer service, talented and professional plumbers, super fair cost, this is a plumbing company I’d highly highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed. They’ve got a customer for life in me. Everyone I’ve referred to them has had the exact same experience.

Worst experience with this company the Syndee lady and some other lady there were very rude don’t recommend it I tried getting answers on missing landscaping that they removed when doing a job and not once did they mention to ask what we wanted done with bushes they removed they just threw them out with out permission when asked to be compensated for that they started throwing comments about you should be grateful for having new plumbing and the job was under bid how is any of the my problem they could’ve easily passed on the job and all this stuff and why are you making a big deal about the bushes. Well hello that was part of the curb appeal to the front of the house how would that not make someone upset. ON THAT NOTE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT!

I had a leak, and Betancourt plumbing came right out and fixed the problem. technician Israel was very knowledgeable and friendly. he answered any questions I had in a way I could understand and didn't mind me watching what he was doing. If I have any future plumbing issues I'll definitely be calling them again.

Luis came over and did a very thorough inspection of our house and found the issue.
He was also able to point out some spots that we may consider repairing with no pressure to us. His findings were explained to us very very well. He seemed very knowledgeable in his work.
The work that was needed was done very, very well and very professionally and again was explained to us very well.

And making the appointment was super easy and also with a very, very courteous young lady by the name of Syndee. We had lots of things going on in our family and had to change the appointment several times and she was always very courteous and very understanding of our concerns and problems. She always worked with us in a very professional and courteous manner.

Betancourt Pluming was prompt and took care of my emergent plumbing need. Office staff answered the phone and was in communication with me throughout the day. We had Betancourt Plumbing out for work on our master bath tub. The service was amazing. Arturo was very professional and a joy to meet. He left his work area cleaner than when he arrived. They have a new customer for life. We will tell all our friends and neighbors. The best part was the price!!!

We recently had a plumbing issue at our home, and our management company sent out Bentancourt Plumbing to handle the work order. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic.

Syndee reached out to me the very next day after the work order was submitted and quickly scheduled someone to come out for an estimate. We were up against a tight deadline because we were hosting 30 people for Thanksgiving and needed our sinks and plumbing fully functional beforehand. Syndee kept in constant communication with me through text, giving updates, answering questions, and making sure we understood each step of the process. She was prompt, thorough, incredibly kind, and truly went above and beyond for us.

Originally, the repairs were scheduled for after the Thanksgiving holiday, but when I asked if there was any way the work could be done sooner due to our situation, Syndee made it happen. She arranged for a plumber to come out that same day—which we were so grateful for!

Arturo was the plumber who came to do the repairs, and he was AMAZING. He arrived after what we know must have been a long day for him, but he still showed up with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Arturo was extremely professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He worked efficiently, but also with great attention to detail. Even though he was clearly tired, he never rushed, and he made sure the job was done correctly. Thanks to Arturo, our sink was fully repaired and working perfectly in time for the holiday. His dedication and skill truly saved the day for us.

We had a gas leak emergency and CPS shut off our gas and advised us we need to find a plumber. (One day before a cold front blew in!) We contacted countless plumbers and received an array of quotes. We settled on Quarter Moon Plumbing. Without knowing the extent of the job, they gave us a quote that we agreed upon. They showed up on time and finished the job in a very timely manner. To our delight, the final bill was LESS than the initial quote. They did a great job and we will definitely use their services again in the future. Quarter moon and plumbing did a great job helping me today with a busted PVC irrigation pipe. They were able to send Ronald out to my property same day (within 3.5 hours of calling). I had already identified where the break/leak was and had the pieces removed and ready for them to be replaced. Ronald knew exactly what he was doing and went right to work, using new pieces and reconnecting my water lines. In all they were at my property about 60mins. I am only giving 4/5 stars because the company itself charges a flat $125 per hour fee regardless of the size of the job. Outside of that a great experience and Ronald was amazing.

John and Zachary were awesome. I called because I got a detection notice of water issue from SAWS. They came out a found the leak (I could not detect it) and fixed the issue. While they were here I asked them to change out my outside water faucets and do some caulking. They did what I needed done and got me back down to -0- leakage. Great job and kept me informed at all times.

Very happy with James and his helper who came by to fix the water heater. He explained everything and answered all of my questions! He also stayed to provide an estimate for a quote. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you!

We had a faucet start leaking in this cold weather. It was after regular hours but Mike came right away and fixed it. So thankful they were responsive and he knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend them.

Would NOT recommend Quarter Moon for HVAC system. They came out to evaluate our system for repairs. They started with the easiest fix and kept adding new things on for repair. Put in an incorrect part and charged us for the extra time to remove and put in correct part. Two+ weeks later we are out $2500+ and system still not working. Given a $12,000 quote for replacement ... After paying them for not fixing.... Not happening!! Very unprofessional in their communication and quoting process.
