But this coMpany is honest, and fair and professional.That is why i would never go with another plumbing company.

Initially came out for a clogged drain, but turned out the whole sewer line needed to be replaced. The excavators dug a perfect trench and didn't nick any of the sprinkler system lines. The work was done right. Good communication. Technicians arrived on time. Pipe passed inspection with flying colors! Great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Betancourt Plumbing had done good work for my family the past two experiences. This following experience was unprofessional and has me feeling unsure if I'll use them in the future.

I first contacted Betancourt plumbing Dec 14th, 10:15 AM to come out and diagnose a leaking cold water pipe under the house. I was told by the receptionist that a technician would be there within an hour or two, and that I was second in line. That was not true.

I called again, same day at 4:31 PM and was told a technician would be here within the hour. That also was not true. The technician arrived at 5:20 PM, and didn't introduce himself. (I was later told his name while speaking with the receptionist).

He assessed the leak, called his supervisor, described the situation, and was given a $480 estimation. During the call to his supervisor, while speaking in Spanish, he describes me as a child, despite me being a 29 year old 6'5 man. This didnt bother me at the time, but after being forgotten and having the estimation raised by $205, I can't help but feel I was taken advantage of.

I agreed and he told me that he and another guy would come out the next morning and that I would be first or second in line.

Come next morning and they are a no show. It's 12:15 PM and I call the receptionist. I'm told there's no history of that order being placed, - check Angie's List for another review; this is not their first time receiving this complaint - nor that estimation of $480 for the work.

The receptionist put me on hold to contact the guy I had spoken to. She comes back to me and re-iterates the work order, the same one I was told yesterday - that apparently wasn't put into their systems - and also tells me that the estimate of $480 I was told is untrue despite there being no change and that the actual price is $685.

I agreed despite at this point feeling patronized, taken advantage of and feeling drained at the situation, having not showered in 2 days due to the leak.

It's 12:44 PM (my 4th phone call of the hour with the receptionist) and I'm told two different technicians will arrive shortly, and they did, at 1:02 PM and got straight to work, finished at 3:55 and presumably did a good job.

My issues stem with the unprofessional first plumber, along with the sudden change of estimate, despite no changes occurring. The receptionist, and plumbers two and three did their jobs and were professional.

Had issue with backflow. Betancourt was called and they dispatched Luis. He was very thorough and diagnosed issue. Have used them before and will surely use them again.

We have worked extensively with Betancourt Plumbing over the past several years across multiple projects. They are always on time, honest, efficient and clean. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I recieved exceptional service from Luis during a home inspection. With a calm and welcoming demeanor, Luis shared his knowledge. I look forward to seeing the estimate of the items that need attention or upgrades to bring my older home to code.

Thanks for sending Nicolas to fix our watermain leak. The leak was in an awkward, hard-to-reach location and proved to be challenging to fix, but Nicolas pulled from his arsenal of tools and got the job done! Not only does Nick know what he's doing, but he's conscientious, personable, and has a sense of humor. This guy's invaluable!
