I called American Auger (Anthony Garza) early this morning because we were experiencing blockage with the sewer lateral at our house.

Mr. Garza was very professional during our phone conversation and showed alot of concern towards our ongoing issue.

He was able to squeeze us into his being schedule, he showed up like we had discussed and immediately addressed and took care of the issue with the sewer lateral.

Yes I just had my kitchen faucet and one bathroom faucet replaced and the technician Mr. Lawrence did an excellent job. he is very knowledgeable about his craft and very friendly. I would recommend this company service, to anyone needing plumbing repairs work.

Tony came out to give a free estimate in haste. I explained to him that Will Fix It wanted to rob me of $17,000.00 (that was with a police officer discount). Tony saw and recognized the issue immediately and quoted me a fraction of the cost (less than 1/5). The work was done within a day. Tony was a joy to work with and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work. When in need of trade work, it’s hard to find honest and fair work. I first called another plumbing company who spent maybe 10-15 minutes at my house, charged me $397, and then quoted almost $10,000 to replace a pipe under the house with the only explanation being a pipe broke about 5' in under the house and has to be replaced. I wasn't given any real explanation or details, so I wasn't confident in what they told me. I ended up calling George Plumbing for a second opinion after seeing their reviews.
From the start, the office staff, David and Micah, were friendly and helpful. They scheduled me quickly and even applied a $50 new customer coupon, so the trip charge was only $45.
Chris and Jack came out and spent nearly two hours inspecting everything, from the sewer line to inside the house. They explained everything clearly, even ran their camera through the pipes so I could see for myself. Their estimate came in just under $6,500 -- a huge difference from the first company. When they came back to do the work, they were on time, professional, and left everything clean.
Soon after, during a bathroom remodel, we ran into new plumbing issues inside the walls. Chris and Jack came back, then brought in their colleagues Kody and Daniel, who had more experience with older homes. They walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and later returned to finish the job. Same great service from start to finish.

We contacted George's Plumbing to replace our two old toilets, and Christopher and Pablo did an outstanding job from start to finish. They provided us with four different options, and we selected one that fit our budget. During the installation, they discovered a broken flange, which added to the cost, but they worked with us to keep the expenses as close to our original budget as possible. On top of that, they went above and beyond by inspecting our garbage disposal, which we thought was broken. They removed some plastic pieces free of charge, saving us from having to replace it entirely. Their honesty and professionalism were truly impressive. We will definitely call them again in the future!

I recently hired George Plumbing to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. Very happy that I called. Patrick is a great plumber, really knows his stuff and was able to fix the leak the same day he came out. I found their prices and approach to preparing the quote very reasonable too, will definitely be reaching out again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a malfunctioning water pressure regulator that was causing problems in the house. Chris and Pablo came out the same day and replaced the regulator and other components that had been damaged. They took time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided me with options to fit my budget. As they were working, they explained what was being done and the components they were replacing. Overall, great experience, highly recommend. When it came to finishing the job and cleaning up — they left the work area clean and tidy. A sincere Thank You to Chris and Pablo.

Beware - unless you want to pay 3-5x overpriced for plumbing services then stay away from these guys. Got a $2,647 quote to replace a worn out PRV. As a homeowner who has replaced a PRV myself and also paid a plumber previously to do it, I inherently knew this was highway robbery. I just wanted a fair price as I didn’t want to mess with it myself. Wound up getting it done for $550. Seems like nowadays businesses just throw out crazy $ quotes to see who will bite and apparently there must be suckers who do to make it worth their while. I, too, am in the ‘service’ business and couldn’t sleep at night knowing I am pulling fast ones on people. Like most, George’s will probably just use services to push this bad review down to the bottom so no one sees it.

I’ve used George Plumbing several times in the past few years and am always impressed by the professionalism and quality of work completed by their employees. Their most recent visit was no exception - Nick and Clay installed a toilet, replaced the expansion tank on the water heater, and excavated for and installed a PRV. They thoroughly explained the work, gave me several options, and charged a fair price. I am thrilled with their excellent work!
