Tony is the best, very reasonable on prices. Easy to work with. He is answers calls and texts quickly. We had breakage in our drain lines and had to tunnel under house. The crew was very efficient. I recommend him highly. Already have him doing another job at my daughters house.

Replaced two water heaters with flood/leak detection because they are in the attic, a recommendation I hadn’t thought of. Good call. We added recirculating pumps, put in a new kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis water purifier that we found online. Austin did it all. Two days of work, talked us through how the new heaters worked and the recirculating pumps, etc. who would have thought your water heater would be WiFi. Austin even came back out to make an adjustment to ensure we take full advantage of the pump on one water heater.

Great work and communication. They have great tech as well, reminders, etc. all built into the profess.

Great service! Austin came out & fixed the pipes under my sink. He also drained our water heater out. On time! We called on Wednesday evening & he came out on Thursday morning! Highly recommend.

I liked the good reviews so I decided to contact this company for service. One of the sewage pipes had cracked and created stoppage. I had no difficulty reaching Tony, the owner right away. He, very cordially, was willing to come the next day, Sunday, however I was not available until Monday. The work was started and completed within 5 days. The workmanship was excellent. I will certainly keep this company in mind should I require any future service.

Tony came out quick, gave me an estimate, and finished the job in a timely manner. He helped me out despite the job being a bit troublesome for what I had asked of him.

American Auger did a full sewer re-pipe on my historical home. I received an estimate from another company and wanted to shop around for a better price. American Auger appealed to me because of their good reviews. They quoted me a price that was almost $4k lower, so I went with them. It was easy to work with Tony throughout the project—he was always available to answer questions and coordinate different phases of the work. I don’t know anything about plumbing, but he sent me pictures of the completed project and it all looked ship-shape. It passed the city inspection and I got a five-year warranty. Owning a historical home comes with some added maintenance, but thanks to American Auger, plumbing is no longer one of my concerns. And… I can use that saved $4k on some of the other projects😉
