This is the second time I’ve used 1st Call Plumbing, and I continue to be very impressed with their service. They respond quickly and are able to get technicians out in a timely manner. Every technician I’ve worked with has been very knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the solution. Their pricing is also reasonable. They have definitely become my go-to company for any plumbing issues!

Today SAWS came to my home and said there was a leak on the city cutoff and they replaced it but found that there was also a large leak on the customer side too and after showing me, I realized that this was an true emergency issue and I needed help quick!! I looked at several Companies online and something was making me look again at 1st Call Plumbing. I never done business with them before but I still decided to try them and WOW am I glad I did!! They say first impressions are everything and my initial call with Melissa was awesome! She recognized the fact that I was stressing a little bit and said she would have someone in about 30 minutes that the technician was just leaving another job. I felt so much better after that and then Justin and Jason came out in (I swear like 20 minutes), very professional, they listened to me (without interruption!!) then assessed the issue and gave me options and never once did I ever feel pressured into anything. He showed me and explained in detail how they would tackle this and what to expect, which I appreciated! After digging some of the yard and seeing that this was originals old pipe from the 1940’s, brittle and downright corrosive, I told them it’s an investment and I ok’d the replacement. Now all complete and my wife and I are super happy with 1st Call and already have them in our contacts for our future needs!! Way to go!! A huge thank you to Melissa, Justin and Jason for making our day!! I highly recommend this family business and I will be letting friends and family know about our experience today.

Tony came out and replaced my old, leaking water heater with a brand new one in just under two hours. He was extremely professional, as well as affordable! Thanks again.

From the person who took my initial call to the professionals that worked on the job, everyone was professional. I was given a two hour window of when they would show up and they showed up within 30 minutes of the window. I got a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way, which was nice. The gentlemen on the job were courteous, friendly, and had a very positive attitude. Price was reasonable so with all that, I would recommend American Auger.

We own a property over in San Antonio and our tenants were experiencing a leak in the shower. Tony and Chris came out the same day and took care of the leak all at a good price! Had a great interaction today with American Auger. Half bath toilet backed up. Called American Auger and had someone to my house in less than a half hour during rush hour. It took 15 minutes, Tony used the camera showing tree roots causing the blockage. Tony had the drain cleared efficiently and suggested price and replacement of pipes when we are ready to tackle the issue of the tree roots. Husband and I were extremely pleased by Americsn Auger's response time and Tony's professionalism! Great job!

Had American Auger come out for a back up in my house that has been reoccurring for months now. They ended up finding roots in my sewer pipes and went ahead and repaired it with 2 days. They were very informative and let me know every step of the process, they didn’t leave any mess behind, were kind and very much reasonable on their pricing. I will only use American Auger Plumbing moving forward and I highly recommend them to anyone in San Antonio!

I’ve had low water pressure for a few weeks now and have been putting it off for fear of the expense really. Well I went on google and found these guys, I went through their reviews and website which was professionally organized. I decided to give them a call. They came to my house within 24 hours and remained in contact with me. Quick response! Once they got here it was determined it was a pressure vale replacement / issue - they quickly diagnosed the issue and started working on it- within less than 2 hours - my issue was resolved. I thought this would cost me thousands but price was very reasonable. Good Price l, great quality job. Hey we’re great, we had an inspection on our house and American Auger was referred by a friend. They were prompt and kept us updated on the repairs. The repairs were minor and completed in a few hours.

I can’t say enough good things about American Auger and their staff, especially Austin. He showed up early, explained everything in detail, and unclogged my sink in less than half an hour. I hope I won’t need anything else, but if I do, they have my business!

Very happy with the water heater replacement! Ours broke down right before the weekend (of course), so we went online trying to find someone who might call us back on a Saturday. Tony called and said they could take care of it! He also called the next day to confirm he was on his way. Very professional and great communication! Give them a call!

Tony was great! We used him for a 2nd opinion after the first plumber we called wasn’t sure about what was causing the issue we were having and was also trying to upsell us. We just wanted our plumbing issue fixed. Tony was in and out in 10 minutes. He found our issue and fixed it on the spot. No sales. Just found and fixed our issue. That is how you keep customers. We have a couple bigger, more expensive jobs we’ll be needing done soon and we’ll definitely be calling Tony to come back out.
