Very good company to do business with. Josh came out to go over the electrical work we needed done & gave us the estimate, then the team came out to do the work a few days later. Everything went smoothly, professional job. Cost was middle one of 3 estimates--& no extra charges incurred ! Highly recommend to anyone needing it & they also do plumbing & AC.

Tony Ruiz did a fantastic job installing my ceiling fan. Walked me through how to do it as well in case I wanted to do it myself in the future.

The problem solvers are also doing other work on my home, I’ll write those up when those jobs are finished.

Overall great experience as a customer from initial free consultation to finished product.

Cody and Clint both installed my water filtration system and did a fantastic job with the install and cleanup after.

Benny, Jake and Coby helped walk us through the entire process in the beginning and made everything very easy.

Everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been fantastic. Not a single negative thing to say.

Will be using them for any services they offer when I need something done in the future.

Waiting on my HOA to approve a mini split in my garage, once that’s done I’ll update the review again.

Update: They installed the mini split and did a fantastic job.

Also had them install two more fans and I’m getting a quote to redo my bathroom and install a soaking tub.

First the customer service personnel are very professional and polite and willing to work with my requests. The company sent out an outstanding professional technican GIOVANNE. He was as well very polite and professional when addressing my electrical request to replace existing bathroom exhaust fan with a light/fan combo. He provided optional quotes that gave me choices that gave me best options for me to choose. After making a choice the company sent Giovanni out again for the install. He was very professional and took his time to install the new unit. Very meticulous ensure the new unit was properly mounted. Very tidy as well in cleaning up. 100% would recommend this company but for sure Mr Giovanne.

Jason was professional and dedicated to getting the job done right. He repaired a break off the main water line. It was raining all day and he persevered. Will say I am grateful i was able to obtain a same day appt however my recommendation would be to always ensure there are two team members available if excavation work is required as it is time consuming for one person. Nevertheless I was impressed by Jason’s diligence and dedication in spite of the rain and being on his own.

Mr Cavazos, was very knowledgeable in everything he did. He showed me areas around my home that could be potential fire hazards in the future. He gave me a great estimate on all the work I needed done, which was very reasonable. When he did the work, he covered his shoes, before entering the house. He then removed the trash when he was finished. He did a great job, he was very meticulous in everything he did. Will definitely call back.

Came across this company by happenstance. Needed an electrician to come out and check my home. During the free at home inspection Henry had exceptional customer service . He was very thorough, meticulous and answered all questions I had . I was very impressed with the inspection itself. We didn’t feel rushed and Henry took his time trouble shooting several concerning areas it took a little over an hour .
I was given four quotes and ended up scheduling Henry to come out the following week to complete the work.

I used this company for a minor plumbing issue I had in my house. I decided to give them a call since a plumbing company over charge for services that are minor. I can say I am very happy with the service. My tech guy Mason was very respectful and courteous. He took care of the issue and left everything clean after he was done. Great work ethic! I highly recommend this company and Mason. He was a true pro! Thank you! The price was just right for the job I needed. A regular plumbing company would have charged probably thousands of dollars for a simple job.

The appointment was coordinated less than ten minutes after I submitted the service request by a very professional dispatcher and the repairman, Jason, did a great job walking me through the issue, clearly explaining the possible causes of a potential leak. Phenomenal customer service! Henry did an amazing job fixing our issue with our garage power. Just yesterday afternoon, we noticed the power in our garage was no longer functional and the breakers were not responding. We called The Problem Solvers and they came the very next day. We were so relieved they were able to send Henry to both diagnose and fix the issue quickly before our guests arrive tomorrow. Not only did he resolve the problem, but he took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I understood what was involved in the repairs. I am confident I was able to make an informed decision because of how thoughtfully Henry explained everything. I even got a lesson on LED bulbs. Henry is definitely an extremely knowledgeable electrician who is passionate about his job and the people he serves. I highly recommend The Problem Solvers!

I am quite satisfied with Kai at The Problem Solvers. He was on time, neat, clean and very respectful. He did a thorough investigation and was able to diagnose & pinpoint exactly what needed to be done. He came back with an estimate that was more than my budget but he worked with his managers to bring it down to a satisfactory amount. He always let me know when he needed to cut the electric off so that I wouldn’t be surprised. When he was done, he took me through and showed me everything that was completed. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend The Problem Solvers to anyone who needs electrical or plumbing work done.

I had an excellent experience with Dylan Fisher. He came out to repair my heating unit and was courteous, professional and explained options and what was needed to my unit back to running again. If you need AC/Heating work, ask for Dylan Fisher. He will do you right and do a professional job.

I scheduled my appointment late on New Year’s Day after my smoke/carbon monoxide alarms had been going off night & day for last 3 weeks. Tried everything & they would stop for 2-3 days then start up again. It was torture. Problem Solvers sent John out at 9 am on 01/02. He was personable, knowledgeable, and patient. Alarms were at end of life after 9 years. He obtained, installed & tested 5 new alarms by 1 pm same day. I could not be more pleased with John who saved my sanity. Tito (?) was also knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. I won’t hesitate to use Problem Solvers again. Thank you!

Henry was absolutely wonderful! He clearly knows a great deal about electrical issues and was very competent and confident in doing the repairs on our pantry light, replacing the existing fixtures with a more current and up-to-date model. He did a great job troubleshooting the issue with our front porch pendant lights. We thought they would need to be replaced, but he cleaned out the sockets, which were full of dead bugs, and the lights work perfectly now. At my request, he also offered potential options for replacing my under cabinet lighting in the future. We will definitely be using Problem Solvers again for any figure electrical needs and I will definitely be asking for Henry by name. The cost for the repairs were very reasonable and definitely less than it would have cost us to replace and install new lighting on the front porch!

A pressure control valve On the main waterline to the house needed replacement. The speed price and service were pretty much perfect I called in and they were able to come that morning. The tech came out and gave me an estimate. I said no thinking I could find a better deal. I did, but it was $30 cheaper but after seeing The Problem Solvers tech Mason I felt much more confident going with them. Mason was able to get out at the end of the same day to do the job. I had over a dozen questions about plumbing and he answered them all with a confident knowledge. Upon completion of the job Mason explain any future concerns and had educated me thoroughly about the job. Most plumbers charge you an extra emergency call price When they come immediately. No extra charge was even hinted for emergency type service. Very highly recommended. Price speed, and service 5 STARZ!
