We used this company and have had nothing but problems with the equipment and the service. 3 weeks to actually get a call back from a supervisor. Two no-show appointments.

At around 2pm today (6/24) a gentleman in a Lawton manager’s vehicle chose to flip my family and I the bird while pulling into a very crowded gas station off 410 in SA. Unfortunately my young son was also in the car and witnessed this behavior. This was a very disgraceful act of impatience and as an owner of multiple commercial properties this is another reason why we will not choose to do business with Lawton Commercial Services.

At first, a technician came as scheduled, checked the problem, and got their money on that, promising to come back to fix it. But they didn't appear for a week, three successive no shows, even though I made a reservation every time. After a week, a new guy from Lawton appeared and asked me what the problem is? I am lost for words.

Recommend by a contractor that we've used. They said there would be a $75 service fee to come out and give estimate. I received estimate about 3 weeks after they came out and a bill for $390 for 2 hours of "labor" and "Consumables." No work was done. By that time we had already had another plumber come out and fix the leak. I get there are labor shortages and delays, but the upcharging when no work was done is inexcusable.

Not sure how you report your drivers but driver in truck 213 pretty much ran me off the road and almost hit me with my young kids in the car. Extremely dangerous a person like this I wouldn’t hire for any kind of service in my home or business

Ainsley, AJ, Adrien, and Jarrell are a dream team! We had a water heater issue for about a week and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner and an affordable price. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend working with them!!

AJ and Adrian were both professional and courteous. They explained all that needed to be done with my sewer line. and a clogged drain from the toilet and Shower. I found Simple Service online and I am glad I did. From the moment I called, Nicole was very helpful and thorough with sending AJ and Adrian. I felt that for the amount of work that needed to be done, they quoted me a fair and reasonable price.
Will I use them again? Definitely!

I reached out to Simple Service when I encountered some plumbing issues in my home and he was able to drive all the way from San Antonio to Austin to come check out the problem, give me an estimate & start the process of working to fix the issue. Once he did arrive and inspected the initial concern & it turned out to be a major issue to where we had to be placed in a hotel for a long period of time, Simple Service handled everything with the insurance and made a already hectic ordeal a lot more easy and hassle free for us. Simple Service was also able to work in a nice floor renovation on the WHOLE house & gave us more than we expected from something we originally thought was a “small leak” in our master bathroom. I definitely recommend working with Simple Service and his amazing team for all and any of your plumbing problems not only are they extremely professional but they explains every step along the way & handles everything for you. Our house looks amazing now and the issue was fixed in a timely manner. Couldn’t of worked with a better company.

Highly recommend Simple Service and Nicole! I had an emergency in my short term rental property and I had never used them before and I’m glad I called them. My hot water heater wasn't working, so I went online to find someone that could come out same day. I saw the great reviews for Simple Service and gave them a call. AJ came to my house and inspected the hot water heater. There had been a surge that fried the electrical components. He took pictures of the top so that I could see and understand what he was talking about. He also checked the pressure regulator at the street. He found that it was a cheap PRV and the pressure was too high. It needed to be replaced and pressure brought to code. After going over pricing, they went to work on getting me a new heater and valve. Jerel came out quickly with the new HWH. They went over everything that was done, gave me advice on how to prevent the surge from happening again. The office manager was very helpful with pricing that I could afford. They took a stressful situation and made it a good experience. I've never had a service company work so hard to ensure satisfaction and reduction in stress. Awesome company...highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from the time my phone call was answered until service was complete. My plumbing technician AJ was prompt, polite, personable and knowledgeable. He did not leave until the job was done to both of our standards and he explained everything he did and why. This is definitely my go-to plumbing service!

AJ went above and beyond! He provided the greatest service with a smile on his face. He helped us out with more than we asked to make sure that everything was taken care of! Best service we’ve ever had. We feel very at ease after everything that he did for us! 100% recommend this company and AJ!

Overall, good service. Jeremy was very pleasant and seemed quite knowledgeable of the firm's sales techniques. Only giving 4 stars overall because, as usual with urgent services, arrival was towards the end of the specified window, and although their were several "tiers" of repair to choose from, they only involved the "state of the art materials" which require financing for average Joes. And no one should charge $429/hr to dig a hole...

Glad I called Simple Service. AJ and Tristan were outstanding in their knowledge and their ability to determine the cause of the problem with my homes plumbing. They did their work quickly and efficiently. After they finished, AJ explained some the issues that I may have to address at some time in the future. Kudos to both of these hard working plumbers. Simple service installed my water heater about 6 months ago. Unfortunately, the pipes started leaking. When called they were quick to come assess the issue. Once the issue was figured out the team quickly started taking care of the problem. Adrian came and fixed my pipes, very good job. AJ did fantastic sheet rock repair. Thanks guys!

Outstanding service from start to finish! We were in a real bind with my parents broken water heater, and AJ came to the rescue swiftly and professionally. He was patient with my parents and I and took the time to explain payment options ect.
